    So in the end you played with the bonus, that's why you have a max cashout.

    We'll check with the casino if there is anything they can do about this. You should have contacted their customer support to cancel the bonus before you accepted it.

    The funds were confiscated and the account was closed for violating anti-fraud policy because of providing a forged document for verification. It violates the Oshi Casino T&C (paragraph "providing of forged documents").
