Hello!

I am having a problem at Onecasino and I know the casino rep has not been active in a few years but I would still like to get a response for this problem. I have deposited many times at this casino from both bank and Skrill. My last deposit is from Skrill.

I haven't deposited in a long while and now I won some money starting from the free daily Bingo cards. I would like to withdraw my winnings to Skrill but according to the support chat, this is not possible, since my winnings originated from a freebie. Apparently they have an automated system that determines the way the winnings can be withdrawn and for freebie winnings it gives bank transfer as the only option. Despite my last deposit being from Skrill.

However, I am currently having issues with my bank account and I am waiting to replace my damaged bank card and online banking credentials and it would be much more convenient for me to withdraw to Skrill and I would like the casino rep to get this arranged. Can any of the forum staff still contact this casino rep and get this thing sorted? I would be more than grateful
