  • I deposited at this site in March with Neteller and asked my pay out to Neteller. The refuse to pay me out to Neteller. They say they only will pay me out by bank transfer.

    I told them the banking is horrible in my country and I cannot accept a bank transfer. I had another transfer sent to me which was lost for a year. I had another one for only 500 Euros that was stopped by the central bank and I still have not recovered it as the central bank demands invoices, documents, and all other kinds of things. I have been dealing with them every since trying to recover this small transfer.

    My win with Mr Green is more than 4000 Euros so I am sure it will get detained in the banking system and I will not be able to recover it.

    If I ever do receive it at all, of course I will lose more than 10% in fees and exchange and another 40% stolen by government officials.

    I use Neteller exactly for this reason!

    I asked them to consider any other option. I looked at all wallets like Paypal, Skrill, Ecopayz. I also said they can send to my Visa card or a Check or to a bank account of my friend in another country. I said they can send me Bitcoins and be done in a second.

    They refuse everything. They are completely unreasonable.

    Then I ask them to send only a small transfer of 250 Euros to test if the bank transfer will work and they refuse again. Now they say they can only send all of my payout in one transfer because some story about their system. How bizarre?

    never play on mrgreen. Even still they promote it here on lcb. They are as*****. I lost 4.700 euro on 1 day! Next day I deposit 500 I loose again. I deposit 500 + 100 + 100 and nothing on my account. They write there is a problem. After couple hours they write me this is normal and a deposit can take for 24 hours instead of 1 sec normal. I write f*** . And they block me for minimum of 24 hours. So if you are stupid. Deposit money on mrgreen. They will deposit it to your account in 24 hours. I like n1casino, unibet, wildz, noaccountcasino & genesis. These guys are f*** ups and they owe me 700 euro! They have zero resprect! I must apologise and wait for 24 hours!? Fuck them and my 700 euro. Cheap bastards!!!

    Im sure there is a very logical explanation ... Ive been a member with mrgreen for SO long ... And I never ever had any big issue of something with them ... Specially on deposit and withdraw everything is always sunshine and flowers!
    I can imagine if you act like this towards them they arent moved to quickly to solve your problems though ...

  • Mr Green asked me to verify my documents again so I uploaded my July, 2021 bank statement ad the EXACT same ID that they had verified me before with. It is not expired and it is valid Government of Canada ID.  Of course they only asked me to reverify my ID after a big withdrawl rrequest was made not because of a scheduled update.  How come my ID was verified the first time but now the EXACT SAME VALID ID does not meet their standards??? This is the 2nd time Im having problems withdrawlig from here and I spend quite a it of money at this Casino.  My Accout# ID 109811513, [email protected], (819) 8091073.

    LCB you helped me before with this, please help me again!  Thanks so much your help is greatly apprectiated!!!!

  • Its over 2 weeks that Mr. Green Casino still refuses to UPDATE my VERIFICATION.  They will not accept the same documents that they originally verified me with, they are not expired. I have sent hundreds of papers, bills, bank states, even government papers with my name adress SIN.  I have spent thousands of $$$$ here. I can't withdrawl but they will happilly let me deposit!!!!!!!!

"Deposit at least 20$ play trough the amount of deposit & receive 100 free spins on *Lucky Mr. Green* slot, very straight forward promo. Well the problem is there is NO game/slot of that name on the site. I go to live chat for help & they are not sure why but escalate the case to the department that deals with these issues. They sent the the 1st request on the 31/dec/21, 1 request on the 1/Jan/22,  2 more on the 2/Jan/22  & 2 on the 3/Jan/22, still not resolved. But what really blew my mind is on the 3rd Jan i received another email almost same promo 100 free spin on the same slot Lucky Mr Green which does not exist. Can anyone explain to me what is going on here, please.
