    It's been over 3 days since my withdrawal was approved but not processed and I've been given no reason as to why there is a delay.

  • I would just like to update this thread to state for the record that the casino is continuing in delaying my withdrawal.

    It is now 7 days since the casino stalled payment of my winnings after several months of never having an issue and always being able to withdraw near instantly. I would like to state that I am a Gold level VIP member and have wagered several thousand $ at this casino and withdrawals were never an issue until now.

    Yesterday they stated it would be processed in 24hrs and then reneged and blamed the crytocurrency for having issues.

    I will continue to update this thread until my withdrawal is honoured as I feel it is in the public's interest.

I wanted to close my account but I was told that there is no such function on their website. I think that should take care of players who have gambling problem. I put 3 points from 5 to this casino.

    Just want to submit a complaint against Melbet casino.

    They have closed my account and have not allowed me to withdraw my balance.

    "The bookmaker reserves the right to close a betting account immediately and void any bets placed thereon should the bookmaker establish that:
    when the bettor placed the bet, they had information on the result of the corresponding event;
    the bettor was able to influence the outcome due to their participation in the match (sportspeople, coaches, referees, etc.) or because they acted on behalf of participants;
    bets were placed by a group of bettors acting in concert (as a syndicate) in order to exceed the limits setby the bookmaker;
    one bettor has a few betting accounts (multiple registration);
    the bettor is suspected of using special software or hardware facilitating automated betting;
    unfair means were used to obtain information or circumvent restrictions imposed by the bookmaker.
    In the aforementioned circumstances balances on customers’ accounts shall be refunded after an investigation has been concluded. The balance shall be calculated excluding any unfair profits generated. The bookmaker reserves the right not to reimburse the bettor for any service charges imposed by payment systems while depositing and/or withdrawing monies from the MELbet account."

    The above was taken from their general terms and conditions.

    I have spoken to their Security team and they are saying due to fraudulent bets on sporting events they are closing my account - I have never ever placed any sporting bets. All I play is live dealer Baccarat.

    My account was set to accept no BONUSES. - so i never abused that part. 

    I had opened another account because i had bought a new laptop and lost all my old settings in the previous laptop and onlly this account had money that i played with.

    As you can see from the email exchange, the Security Team never once mentioned of returning my money.

    My balance in the account was $2205 USD.

    My account number 220217725

    Please help a fellow punter get his money back

    Unfortunately, the reason of blocking -  your multicount rule violation and the amount paid was paid in full and even more.
    And the amount of the win cannot be paid, since the rules are violated.

    I had made 2 new deposits on 20oct  1132USD   because I lost my balance prior.  Then I won to make the balance 2205 USD

    Should the bettor commit fraud in respect to the bookmaker (such as the registration of multiple accounts, the use of automated betting software, arbitrage betting, if the betting account is not used for betting, the improper use of loyalty schemes, etc.), the bookmaker reserves the right to stop such fraudulent actions by:.
    bet cancellation;
    closure of the customer’s account. Money that has been deposited into the account will be refunded.
    filing a claim to a law-enforcement agency.

    This is from your T&Cs.   I have not done anything fraudulent. Winning fair and square.  According to your rules I should at least get my deposit back!   This is just stealing from your customers.And your security team saying i was placing sports bets!!!!  Never have i once placed a sports bet!!

    How am I wrong???

    You can check for it, if the money was not paid, please send evidency of full amount you got and deposit, and we can check together for it.

    Melbet rep.  I have not been paid the deposit!  Since your security team blocked my account   I could not withdraw my deposit!

    I had used bitcoin to deposit the money    so if you unblock me  I can withdraw the money    otherwise I think somebody in melbet is stealing money!!!

    The amount is 1132 USD deposited from bitcoin.

    How do you know what my bitcoin address is if you said they had returned my deposit???

    Please show me your transaction?  Something is not right.

    We've received the evidence from the casino showing that you had multiple accounts at the casino. This is against the casino's T&C's as you already know and they have the right to cancel your winnings.

    When it comes to the refund of your deposits, the Casino Representative will look into this and reply to you in this thread.

    I have showed you my evidence of the 2 deposits to your bitcoin account.

    Only account 220217725 was active and the only one that I had deposit money into on 19th october.  

    The other account I was not using! 

    Your rules says melbet should be returning my deposits!

    I am not sure what is going on.

    1. Account 216583739 had ZERO balance - I had not used this account for a long time.  No money was deposited into this account for a long time. 

    2. Account 220217725 is the active account - this is the account that the 2 bitcoin payments went into. I lost $1200usd on the 19th October  so I deposit more money. 2 bitcoin transaction deposit of $1132 usd.   I played and won making balance $2205.

    Does this make sense the above?   I don't know why Melbet is talking about the old account because I was not playing with it and it had no money.

    I have shown the evidence that I deposited money into account  220217725.

    MELBET REP.  If you are still saying you have paid my deposit back  show me how you paid it back please?   Show me the transaction please. 

    MELBET casino closed my account 220217725 - this was the only active account I was playing. I deposited money into this account on 19OCTOBER and therefore according to your rules you should refund this deposit to me!

    It means you had deposit 1796.85 and withdrawal for all the time 3656.

    It means (3656 - 1796.85) = you got.
    2539 - 2194 = you got.

    Why are they talking about the old account which I was not using and it had a zero balance!

    The Casino Representative sent us the evidence that you created two accounts at the casino. Since this is against the casino's T&C's, they decided to close your accounts.

    They also calculated the total withdrawals comparing to your deposits before they closed your account. Since you have already withdrawn more money from the casino than you deposited before they closed your account, they say that there's nothing more they need to pay you.

    Read through that email i had attached originally.  Their security team had accused me of having fraudulent sports bets!!!!!! -  I want Melbet casino to show you all my betting history.  I had never placed any sports bets ever.   How does a company employ people that falsely accuse their customers of something that is a blatant lie!!!!  I am sure that is a breach of company policies in the normal world!!!!

    let's start from now on. Cancel rates.
    I.e. all wins will be calculated from kf 1.
    Accordingly, only the amount of funds contributed will remain on the balance sheet.
    Here in general on the balance sheet as we see paid even more.

    From which paragraph 2 follows:

    - closing of the account of a member of the bet with the return of funds made to the account as a deposit;

    Your security team accused me of having place fraudulent sports bets. Do you understand that I have never placed one sports bet with melbet casino. Their investigation was based on that. I have the email conversation. Why the security team say an absolute lie!

    Also on your t&c  it does not say cancellation of rates,,,,,  it says:

    All I want is to get my $1132USD which is my deposit.

    The Casino Representative provided us with the evidence that you had two accounts at the casino. This is against the casino's T&C's and they decided to close your accounts. Therefore, there's nothing more we can do to help you. We consider this case closed.

    If you don't agree with this decision, you can try to file a complaint with their licensor.

    Their own rules was to refund my deposit - where does it say using prior withdrawal satisfies as refunding my money. That is ridiculous

    None of this is true!!!  Melbet are just making false accusations!

  • Curacao eGaming just replied and says they have no connection with that site (MELBET) and therefore any references made Curacao eGaming as one of the Master License holders are false and misleading.....
