In the beginning of November I started playing at the Masters bet casino. At the same time the casino also asked me to verify my account. I understand that the casino has to identify me as a player, so I followed everything that they required. I have sent them my docs three times. The casino complained about the quality, so I made the photos as good as it was possible with my camera. They also asked me to send the selfie with my account opened in the background holding my ID. I did that, I sent them everything they asked for. I also happened to have a win in this casino, I won 2 126 EUR. But just a few days ago the casino notified me that my win will be taken away because I did not fulfill the verification in the due term. This is quite irritating, I have surely made all the effort to send them the docs, but this is just impossible… I am more than sure that the docs I have sent are enough to identify me as a player, so this is just a casino not willing to pay my win….

The photos of the documents you sent do not allow you to complete the verification process. You provided 3 times the documents of poor quality, we are forced to regard this as a refusal to fulfill our requirements.

The company decided to unblock your account and return the amount of your deposit with collecting 10% to pay off the bank commission, in accordance with paragraph rules 26.6.

Your dep -10% returned to your account and available to withdraw.

I can hardly agree with this. I have a smartphone, I took the pictures using it. It is not the latest one, but the camera is quite ok. What am i supposed to do, hire a photographer??? What is it wrong with my photos that you cannot identify me as a player?

Try an app called camscanner or if you are using iPhone the 'notes' app has a nifty scanner capability
