    Yesterday i got to hear from live chat they can no longer support me trough chat since i made a post here, they say its now a "risk revieuw"

     

    No updates what so ever from accounting trough mail.

    Hoping to hear from them soon ;)

    Ive got mail 17th of march explaining me once again that they are on it.

    Heard this for serveral times in the past (27days now!)

    Since 17th march no words or updates, live chat doesnt want to help anymore and accounting does not answer.

    They blame it on banks and visa providers, but i have a crypto withdrawal so i dont see the connection between them.

    So far my update to you,

    Unfortunately, we didn't get any response from Casino Rep regarding this complaint, we have tried several times to reach out to them but without any success. 

    With that being said, we are forced to close this complaint due to Casino unresponsiveness. 

    Once we get a response we will re-open this case.

    Its been 14 days now since i heard anything myself.

    Its been about 35 days now since i made my btc withdrawal.

    And about 25 days since i made my astropay withdrawal (wich they promised would be on time btw)

     Unfortunately we can't do much if we don't have an answer from the Casino, the only thing left is to wait for your update. We sincerely hope that you will receive an answer as soon as possible.

  • Hey there! It's always good to know the level of support and how complaints are handled at any casino, including Mad Money. Have you had any personal experience with them?

  • All i can say is that after 52 days i still didnt recieve any money, without any reasoning.

    Support is slim to none.
