It also listed the for how long the promotion was being offered (two days) but for the players that deposited the very same day that the promo was released, they would receive 40 free spins.

     

    The two examples of additonal Limitless Casino promotional emails offered were delivered to my inbox and sent out BEFORE THE 150% CASHBACK PROMO WAS SENT TO ME!

    That's significant because the promos I received prior, detailed how very specific and outlined and detailed Limitless Casino's promotional emails can get, yet with my 150% CASHBACK PROMO THE CASINO DID NOT PROVIDE ANY FURTHER DETAILS! I WONDER WHY????

    Below the images of email promotional emails, is information I obtained directly from Limitless Casino's website explaining the casino's terms and conditions.

    Why am I bringing this up?

    Because the casino IS right. My coupon DID COME WITH ANY PLAYTHROUGH REQUIREMENT or unique terms and conditions, then it would fall under the category of a COMMON DEPOSIT BONUS, meaning I would have had to have played the amount of my deposit AND 15X the associated bonus in order to withdraw wins on a deposit bonus.

    NOTE NO MAX CASHOUT REQUIREMENTS.

    However, since Limitless Casino's inital refusal to honor my 150% CASHBACK promo was denied, but eventually honored, the casino decided, well you'll get your cashback promo, but fuck you we're going to add a 30x playthrough requirement and 3x max cashout.

    You said those are the standard terms and conditions AFTER THE FACT. those terms and conditons were imposed. it is extremely wrong and reeks of shady business practices to change the terms and conditions after a player has committed himself to playing.

    so i decided to pour Limitless Casino's terms and conditions and see out of what hole management pulled this crap out of and I found the only player rewards/bonus/coupon in which the rules that are similar to the one imposed on me:

    THE CASINO'S FORTNIGHT CASHBACK PROMOTION LISTED AT THE END OF MY POST.

    BUT WHY WOULD MY 150% CASHBACK PROMO HAVE FORTNIGHT CASHBACK TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLIED TO IT WHEN THE WHOLE POINT OF THE CASHBACK PROMO WAS TO REACH OUT IMMEDIATELY AFTER MY BALANCE WENT BELOW $1 IF I WON AND REQUEST THE CASHBACK RIGHT AWAY.

    AND WHAT 'S THE DEAL WITH THE NAME FORNIGHT CASHBACK? 

    FARTNIGHT CASHBACK SOUNDS BETTER BECAUSE LIMITLESS CASINO IS FULL OF SHIT.

    To conclude this post, Limitless Casino is full of shit and LET MY EXPERIENCE BE A WARNING TO ALL DEPOSITING PLAYERS.

    Why would anyone that has any pride and self-respect give a shady, SCAMMY MCSCAMMY of a casino another cent of my hard-earned money after being royally screwed out of $1500.

    I personally feel the casino should refund me my deposit of $666. and change. 

    They have every right to keep my second deposit of $860.

    Based off of this experience, I thought about making another deposit at Limitless Casino, but I got scared because I immediately started thinking: "Damn, bruh, they fucked you over big time the 1st time you deposited withe casino?" 

    What was to stop me from thinking that the casino wouldn't just confiscate my depsoit based off of their shark, deceptive, thieving ways?

  • What is the point of offering free spins if the player is limited as to what they can withdraw. I live in Reno, Nevada, which is a huge gambling city and if any casino here gave out free play or free spins with the limitations of only being able to technically win $50, literally nobody would become a member there. That is one of the most ridiculous things I have ever heard. I had $2 something left on my account from some free spins I had and I ended up winning $400 of this $2.  I went through the annoying verification process, then when I attempted to withdraw my winnings which show as "real balance", I received an e-mail stating the max I can cash out is $50.  Not only that but I'm required to deposit $10 to withdraw the funds.  The whole situation is very deceiving and honestly upsets me. I truly don't understand how a casino can do any of this and get away with it. Don't show a players balance as $400 when they can only cash out $50 of it and don't offer free spins if the player can't even cash out all of their winnings from said spins.  Ridiculous. 

  • I have an update to my previous post. I just logged onto my account and now my "real balance" only shows $50. So they took the other $350 even though I have yet to withdraw the funds because they want a "verification deposit" of $10 from me before they will send me the $50.  So if I had a "real balance" of $5,000, I would have only been able to withdraw $50 of that and the rest of that amount would have just disappeared into thin air.  How is this just?  Also, calling the money they take from us "wagering" money is insane.  What exactly are we wagering with that money?  It's not like we can withdraw any of the funds that we could potentially have won off of that amount, so Limitless, please explain to me what exactly it is we are wagering?  And you take everything but $50 of this money, so I'm truly confused how they are funds for wagering? The $400 I won came from the $2 balance I had in my account that was won from the free spin coupon I received in my e-mail.  I did not directly win the $400 from said free spins and I played the $2 account balance many days after I used the coupon, but they still limit these winnings based off of whatever previous coupon you used. Other online casinos, such as Chumba and Luckyland (the legit ones) give you a small amount of free play each day and there is no limit as to how much "withdrawable" money you can win off of this. My mind is just blown that they can get away with this.

The no 2 back to back promotions thing is grandfathered in. It may have precedence back in the day but not anymore. Not when almost every casino violates their own policy and issue multiple codes, allow redemption of those codes, and then (and this why we shouldn't bring it up as a defense) those casinos will grant a payout from one of those. So..... can we please skip that excuse and make a beeline to my question please?

    Game glitched during a long overdue bonus round on a $2.00 spin. This is after months of lopsided net losses to this entire casino group. I reached out to chat support with my time of spin, they told me to reach out to support via email

     

    As seen in attachments, Limitless failed to offer an agreeable resolution. Instead, circumnavigated my questions, blamed my own Internet (never glitched in over a 30 min period on their game until bonus. Not before bonus nor after). I had already supplied screenshots and a time however they asked again for this information in a manner which led me to believe they didn't read or investigate at all, just have a scripted answer that presented a scapegoat.

    I showed multiple times my proof of error on their casinos server, and asked them for proof supporting their claim. They never supplied anything other than a "we looked into it, everything was good"

    I told them this was not satisfactory and that they can either refund my deposit or offer me a free chip. They declined.

    I told them I will escalate this on LCB if that's how they want to do business.

    I also wanted to add that at both mro and eternal. When a game glitched like that, both refunded immediately no questions asked. Which sets the precedent on customer service in my book.

  • I received the standard free bonuses and a small fraction of my deposit in the form of a free chip. A free chip with 30 or 40x playthrough requirements. Like I said before. When this happened at eternal slots they fully refunded me immediately after viewing the casinos server error.

     

    I don't accept this standard bonus as a reconciliation. Especially after trying to blame me for the casinos glitching several times before finally now admitting fault

  • I never said the casino didn't pay out. My entire point was that I can't see the screen to verify the symbols. A 2.00 spin on that game averages around $150 for me across 8 different casinos. 

     

    Can you imagine if it was the reverse where the casino couldn't verify my funds for a 30 second period and I wagered $60 spins, only to later tell you "no I stayed on $2 spins the whole time". If I am blind to a bonus. I am blind to a bonus. Once again you have for a 3rd time said "we checked it, looks good" I'm sure it does look good to you.... Paying out such a sad excuse for a bonus while the customer blindly has to accept that it's legit.
