    I won 700 euros playing. The site said I could only withdraw 100 euros which was very dissapointing.

    I tried to withdraw 100 euros to my Skrill which I used to deposit. They said I can only withdraw to bank.

    I gave them all my bank documents and information.
    Then they say I first must deposit with bank to withdraw to bank!

    Just send my 100 euros to my skrill or my bank. It's nonsense that I have to make a new deposit with bank to collect my win! I think it is some kind of scam no?

    Did you win the money from a No Deposit bonus? Also did you deposit before?

    If you needd to withdraw to bank, you would need to make a deposit via a credit card, bank deposit would take long.

    Not sure why they need you to wire transfer tho.

  • It was a no deposit 70 euros free cash bonus that I played  and won a total of 100 euros.

    My deposit method was skrill and I tried to withdraw but they kept on rejecting it.

    And told me that I need to withdraw to bank.

    But no bank option in the cashier for withdrawal options only skrill.

  • Maybe for your country it is restricted to withdraw to skrill?

    I remember Unique casinos taking deposits on any method but only allow withdrawal to bank account.

    Also interwetten casino , the very first withdrawal has to be a bank transfer and after that e-wallets.

    Why dont you tell support to make a withdrawal on your behalf and hear what they say?

    What do they say when you proof to them there is no bank withdrawal option?

    Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, I dealt with your issue this morning but I did not get access to this account until now so my post is a bit delayed.

    Our standard company policy is that is that if you use a depsoit free bonus then you must withdraw to the bank, on this occassion I have waived that and the funds should on your skrill account now.
