Thank you both for bringing this to our attention.
@Melissa: apologies for the inconvenience. The game play from your location should be blocked on those games. The provider also told us, that it is blocked. But since there clearly is a glitch, the winnings have been put back into your account.
We are checking with the game provider to have this again looked into, to avoid similar issues in the future. They already replied today that they are doing a lot of tests, to find out how this happened. On top, from tests we ran internally today, we got pop-up notifications that game play on this provider is not allowed from U.S. IP.
About the online chat - we don't have every day 24/7 chat support, but always follow up emails as fast as possible.
I hope this will do for now, and we will give an update as soon we have received new feedback on this issue from the game provider.
