  • I was shocked when the winnings I had requested to withdraw... were REMOVED from my account.  And, my balance was returned to what I deposited only.  Then, I was shocked again to see an email, saying.. You won the money on a slot that is restricted in the U.S.  

    Now, I can understand blocking games to players in the restricted ares, the U.S.  for instance. But it becomes another thing completly when your casino allows a U.S. player to play and win, and then SNATCHES the winnings away from a player.  You guys are SNEAKY to do this.  Other casinos will block the games all together. And, not allow U.S. player to even play them to begin with.  I figured, since it opened up and played like the other slots. Then this casino must have found a way around the restrictions. So, I played it,. and I won, and now, I have NOTHING to show for it.  You guys are just wrong, there was NO LIVE SUPPORT available, and this was the FIRST RED FLAG for me.  Shame on you.  You just lost about a 1000$ a week + player... it would have been in your best intrest to do the honest thing to begin with. and BLOCK the games that are restricted and not allow them to be opened up.  like an honest casino would have done.  SHAME ON YOU !!!     Thank you both for bringing this to our attention. 

    @Melissa: apologies for the inconvenience. The game play from your location should be blocked on those games. The provider also told us, that it is blocked. But since there clearly is a glitch, the winnings have been put back into your account.

    We are checking with the game provider to have this again looked into, to avoid similar issues in the future. They already replied today that they are doing a lot of tests, to find out how this happened. On top, from tests we ran internally today, we got pop-up notifications that game play on this provider is not allowed from U.S. IP. 

    About the online chat - we don't have every day 24/7 chat support, but always follow up emails as fast as possible.

    I hope this will do for now, and we will give an update as soon we have received new feedback on this issue from the game provider.

  • Thanks, I was refunded the money they conviscated and, allowed to withdraw it.  Due to the games not being locked that were restricted in my area.    But, now im again having an issue reaching a rep.  It says 24 hour customer svc. But its not. Ive been sending emails, for hours because live chat is off line.  I am attempting to make a withdrawal, and now the issue is " the bitcoin  server", or so im told i can not get a withdrawal, since the bitcoin servers are down,. Its strange deposits are processing fine.  Please find out what is holding up my withdrawal.thanks again player id msantos082574

I told you that from the start and you made me believe that wasnt the case yea my phone automatically assigns vpn everytime i browse the web for my security and always has... You aloud to give her wins and this was only a week abd a half ago... Wow dishonest and make me feel like it wasn't a glitch on your ends wow.

  • I totally agree with previous complain its true most other casinos would block these games that are not aloud to be played. I can go in right now with a us ip address and im still aloud to load the game up... Im sorry but for you guys to act like these are a customer's mistake and threaten to confiscate my winnings thats very wrong and not only that why didnt you guys say anything until now...   • There you go i was just on your website and made sure security for my phone was left on vulnerable and so my ip address was from my house and guess what i was able to open up and play this bad boy if i had coin in my account.. Which Amy has told me that this game provider *** Tom Horn is blocked but its most certainly not.... I think i learned a lesson today. Dont play at a casino which doesnt have a valid licensor. This is crazy....:(

    @ Purpl3haz3 - I prefer to keep it short, and to the point:

    1. You used a VPN, which is not allowed according to our terms and condtions.

    2. From the US, Fugaso is restricted and blocked (as stated in our terms and conditions), our tech team double checked this yesterday and today again, both on desktop and mobile devices - they confirm US ip address is blocked for Fugaso games.

    We treat players fair, but terms are there for a reason. (and game providers tell us what games are allowed or not.

  • Hey if anyone is looking to try a new casino this place is not for you. I repeat NOT for you... They ripped me off and took what i won.. They allow games too be played from usa and win and then take it from them... They are horrible.. 

  • 2 star review:  The site is good, I like the game selection.  The games seem fair and I seem to win as much as anywhere else.  The major downside to this casino is the lack of support, live support, and the terrible wait times on any withdrawal.  I have experienced 36 hour wait times for withdrawals of all sizes, small and big.  On average I would say I wait 12 hours.  To me, it is almost enough of a pain to not play there.  If they could fix this aspect, the casino would be a great option, just don't plan on playing here and getting your money quick.  This is especially tough if the BTC market is fluctuating.  Like I said, I like the site and the games, but I hate the support and withdrawal process. When compared to almost any other reputable casino this withdrawal delay is a major issue and would cause most players to avoid the site.  They need to work on this issue ASAP if they want to retain long term players.

  • I wanted to come back and repost that a few hours after posting this review, Kingbit came back and made up for it.  I was given a great response, and could feel that they are true to their word.  They have been more responsive and quicker to withdrawal, best of all I recieved affirmation that I could trust them.  The site has great game selection and is ran by honest people.  You dont have to worry about getting cheated out of your money.  It might be a little slower than some when withdrawing, but its worth the wait as the payouts seem to be more consistant and better than others.  Thanks Kingbit for taking care of me, and quickly responsding in a positive manner to a potentially negative review.  Thanks!

  • Hello, I have a problem. I just signed up and took advantage of the 110% deposit bonus and upon completing the deposit for $82(11.2Mbtc I believe), I noticed that I was never credited any bonus. Also, I was playing good girl bad girl and the payouts seemed way way way low....each win just didn't pay the way it was supposed to pay.  Maybe it is some issue with the way bonuses are added to ones balance vs the way cash wins are. I have no idea, but that is another issue altogether. My main issue is that I can't get ahold of anyone at the casino because everyone is offline and there is no phone number and I have wrote 5+ emails about this and can't get a response from anyone. Please help me get the bonus money that was promised to me when I made my deposit!  Thanks in advance

    About the game play: we use direct APIs from the game providers, and there are all random number generators. There is no control by us on any of the games we offer to our customers.

  • I have reached out to Kingbit via their, " offline message link".  I've explained to them that,. I have not had any delays when I sent 3 other btc transactions AFTER I sent this one.  So?  Why would this transaction be delayed ... If it were only because blockchain is busy.  If blockchain was busier than normal.  All transactions would be delayed.  It is ONLY THIS ONE, TO KINGBIT.  I would like Kingbit to IMMEDIATELY RETURN my 70$  btc deposit funds.. OR... process my deposit now!  This is ridiculous.  Very disappointed , with KINGBIT. Especially because I have not been able to reach a live person for support.     • Signed up for this casino a while back because i received an invite in my email.  After signing up, I realized they did not offer any No Deposit bonuses to try out their games, so i just left it alone.  Fast forward to now and I was tired of seeing all the emails in my inbox saying I was going to lose my welcome bonus and they were oferin free spins on top if I deposited. I received the email that he said I would but all it is, is my first chat response, the info he asked me for, and what I said my balance should be.  NO CC to the billing department which really makes me wonder!!! this email was sent only to me and no one else in the casino!!!   I shouuld hagve read all of the reveiews on here before I didd anything!.  Now I fear I am out my deposits, Because the btc is to small to even place 1 measly wager on any of their games, (Highway Robbery)!!   • I've been a long time player here.  I am beyond frustrated, waiting over 36 hours for a pending withdrawal. It's still pending right now, and this isn't the first time I've dealt with this.  You guys really need to get your act together, 36 hours for a btc withdrawl is unacceptable.  

    Every time I check in with support I get the same canned response, which is absolutely not true as they state "Withdrawals will be processed at least 3 times a day. (7 days a week)".  Somebody please help me how three times a day equates to me waiting over 36 hours for they withdrawal??

    Like I said, I've been a long time player of this casino, they've got some great slot selection but horrendous withdrawal times. As much as I like to play here the anxiety on the back end often isn't worth it.

I appreciate the update on the finance team, and wish your team member a quick recovery.   I really appreciate kingbit stepping up and making this right.  In no time at all after this post I recieved a direct response from kingbit who quickly remedied the issue.  I may have been a bit hastey in my complaint post, my apologies for the swiftness in posting.  

    As I have mentioned before I have been a long time player of kingbit, and at times the payouts can be a little slow, but 99% of the time they pay out very quick. Most importantly they always come through with my payouts, and have never once withheld any legitimate winnings from me. I fully trust Kingbit and I'm grateful for their quick reply and customer service. Thank you!

  • Thanks for your interest, Messissa. But I had won around 750 euros in bitcoin and my withdrawal was pending for about a week. I lost my pacience and played all the winnings. It's a trick that many scam casino use, kingbit casino makes good use of it. Really pitiful.

  • Absolutely not! I wrote to support every day and the only answer I received was: when (boh!) your withdrawal will be processed you will be notified with an email. Unfortunately the account was closed by my will and I can no longer access the withdrawal request history. However I hope I have made it clear to many players not to deposit on this site. For me it's like a win. Cordiality.
