  • dear forum I didn't break any rules I won money when my country you could register on their website they have restricted access to my country in 2023.but I won money when my country could play on their website it means I didn't break any rules.

    and why didn’t they send an email notification that my country is being restricted?

    and that I urgently need to withdraw my money from my account?

    Casino Rep got back to us with the clarification:

    "The player's account was closed on 11/09/2023 by the platform due to the country restrictions
    But his country was listed as a restricted one on 20/07/2023  
    We always allow enough time and possibilities for players to withdraw their balance before account closure"

    According to our T&C, players should make a min deposit to be able to withdraw:
    2. NO DEPOSIT BONUSES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
    2.1 All winnings made by registration no-deposit bonus can be withdrawn after at least 1 deposit is made.
    Considering he/she hasn't made a deposit since 2022, he/she wouldn't have been able to withdraw anyway."

    With that being said we will close this complaint and mark it as Resolved.

  • I was on a business trip and did not log into my account from another country,it turns out they just scammed me out of money ,let him write a bitcoin wallet and I will make a deposit

    first,you didn’t send an email notification that my country will be banned

    second,you didn’t write to me that I need to withdraw money since my country was blocked.

    you just decided to cheat me out of money

    Casino Rep clarified this to us and said that your didn't make a single withdrawal request since you got the winnings, so their support team had no reason to contact you as well as you haven't tried to contact them. They also said that you received the winnings from no deposit bonus ( so the winnings weren't considered to be real money balance) so you had to make a min deposit (just to confirm your payment method) to be able to withdraw. 
    They said that you agreed with their T&C, including No Deposit Bonus T&C.

    Casino got back to us with the final clarification and said that there is no way to compensate the balance,and that you had enough time to withdraw your winnings following their basic conditions. 

    With that being said we are unable to help you with this case, because we can not influence Casino rules. You can not log in due to country restriction. 

    We will close this complaint unfortunately. Our hands are tied.

  • I have a verification issue at King Billy. I was previously verified but because my new card is virtual and I don't have it in physical form I cannot take a physical photo of it they are not excepting my withdrawal. 

    I had the same drama at HellSpin but once I explained that my new card is virtual only, they did the research and verified my account instantly; kingBilly are refusing to do that but could it be because I coincidentally had a substantial win at this time. 

    The admin told me that I was fine to upload my screenshot of the virtual card but when I did it was rejected yet again. When I told admin this they replied  "the payments department is obviously reviewing the documents and you should be patient and wait" 

    Ive been a member there for over a year and am a VIP member but yet get treated like I'm breaking the rules. Disgusting

  • Old news now but for anyone looking to play at King Billy, wondering what their level of integrity is like and stumble upon this post ... The win they screwed me out of was won from $500+ that i deposited that day with no bonus (been screwed by wager requirements and max betting tariff's in the past) so all rules were followed and was north of $22,500.  Had been a verified member for 3 years, having made numerous, much smaller withdrawals in that time which were processed as per usual. All the way up until I won over $22k and then they leaned on the fact I verified my account with a digital credit card (which was fine to withdraw and deposit to and from up until this point, I'll add) abruptly with no explaining deemed my account as unverified and then proceeded to tell me my digital credit card is not a valid form of documention for the "upload" category. 

    So that was that, no card, no pay out. But will take $500 off me througgout the day from that same card lol. Imo King Billy are as slippery as they come.  Peace

  • My apologies, any insight on the existence of this second king Billy Casino at kingbilly. com, support staff seems to be aware of it as well that's the fact that they are licensed, with a different license no less which is very odd. And then on top of which they claim to have no association with this other casino. Which is an exact duplicate of it, just seems very fishy and unusual. And what's more odd is the lack of concern regarding a second Casino operating under a different license with the exact same name and the exact same website that's not associated with them. It just makes no sense. But either way, if they're not legit, and people go there in error because they found it, when searching for the site that they found here in high esteem, they could be giving their kingbillycasino. com login info on this mock-up looking, very convincing, kingbilly. com as the casino is literally an exact copy of it, so they could potentially pish information.

  • Well it's not hard to tell but these guys are associated with Casino adrenaline, the practices are basically the same now they've cut me off from live chat when my withdrawal was canceled and they won't tell me why. I received no email stating why, I just simply have it rejected and then they deny me any live chat now without ever speaking to them. My very last deposit I will not deposit here ever again

  • You deny my request for withdrawal and then you deny me access to the live support function so now I have to use email and you guys are terrible at answering that you're terrible lot of things to be honest and I sometimes wonder if LCB sells recommendations, because you don't deserve it.   • Why in the world would you recommend this casino? They won't even give you a copy of your own bets, even though it says the page where the bets are found that you're supposed to ask for if you want and they'll provide but they don't. Also say they will send you email with every rejected withdrawal yet I haven't received no emails from my two rejected withdrawals without any reason for the rejection in either case. The kyc process took 8 days not 24 hours they blocked me from being able to use the live support, at the very same time that they denied the request for withdrawal, then ignored me. I mean notwithstanding the fact that they are lying about a second website and the fact that it exists, which I posted a forum post on ask gamb. They dodged questions on it and avoid answering. So generally and historically, when someone has something to hide and they try to avoid answering questions it's because they're up to no good, and  doing something that's underhanded. 

    This is a casino that you represent when you put your name and say we recommend, and you not only recommend but endorse this kind of behavior is what you're saying! Because I'll tell you right now the reason why I'm playing there it's because you recommended it and I listen to it like a fool. So this is in part your fault. For a poor recommendation for an untrustworthy site

    The casino got back to us regarding your case.

    Your withdrawal was initially successful, and your account was not closed or blocked, although there was a warning issued regarding the use of abusive language.

    According to their Terms and Conditions, their financial department may request additional information or documentation to complete the necessary checks. Failure to comply with these requests may result in the suspension or closure of your account.

    Their financial department verified all of your documents; however, your withdrawal was rejected due to incorrect currency usage, and an automatic email with the reason for cancellation was sent to you. Additionally, they stated that as part of GDPR procedures, you were asked to send an email request for your betting history, which you declined to do.

    As this is a final statement from the casino, we will close this complaint and consider it Resolved.
