Your withdrawal was initially successful, and your account was not closed or blocked, although there was a warning issued regarding the use of abusive language.
According to their Terms and Conditions, their financial department may request additional information or documentation to complete the necessary checks. Failure to comply with these requests may result in the suspension or closure of your account.
Their financial department verified all of your documents; however, your withdrawal was rejected due to incorrect currency usage, and an automatic email with the reason for cancellation was sent to you. Additionally, they stated that as part of GDPR procedures, you were asked to send an email request for your betting history, which you declined to do.
As this is a final statement from the casino, we will close this complaint and consider it Resolved.
