    Still waiting on clarification on how it was sent to an invalid address. Lord knows that seems "odd".

    The payout team tried transferring the funds to your bitcoin wallet but it didn't go through as the wallet address was invalid or incorrect.

    okay I resent it to the office manager's desk. I did not have that email address and my safe sender list apparently, so it did go to my spam box but I was notified November 4th of the issue with the transaction. I assume it was because I created that address back in June to receive this transaction so they may have expired it or what have you so let's try it again thank you I appreciate it
