  • Dear JetSpin representative Casino, I want to ask you to give your explanations on this occasion in your casino. Namely:
    Player X made a deposit of $ 200 in the casino, having previously disabled all the bonuses. After 10 minutes of the game, doubling the deposit to 400 the player decided to withdraw the winnings, to which he was told that it was necessary to perform the wagering of the deposit * 3. And in connection with the fact that the player played in a live casino, it does not go into credit and it is necessary to play slots.
    The player agreed with this statement and went to play at 0.60. Unscrewing the wager, again tried to withdraw money and received the following response:
    Consideration of your payment is temporarily rejected, tk. we suspect you of using a game strategy for wagering w3 deposit.

    Regarding account blocking, this was a temporary measure at the time of the audit. The casino has every right to do this, especially since you have been notified. Also, we will never confiscate the players' personal funds in case of violation of the rules. All personal funds of players are returned back (if there is no gross fraudulent action with embezzlement of funds from cards of 3 persons).
    Nothing against this casino I do not have, because I do not swear by his player, but I believe that every player must share similar facts with other players, then the world of gambling will become more just.

    Are the games visible in their homepage? If they are not, probably because the country you're from is no longer accepted.

  • No the slots just don't work at all. I asked support 2 days ago and they told me the games are not working and to try again tomorrow. Lol, and 2 days later they are still not working.

  • The free spins are given on 12 Zodiacs. However, these free spins do not work for any cryptocurrency, for any player. The casino claims this is a problem with my computer or PC but I have 0 problems playing this slot at other casinos. There is a technical error in how the spins were credited in which the coin size was set to 0. I've had an affiliate flat out tell me that you must go to live support to get the spins changed to another game because this is a reoccurring issue. For some reason, they have failed to change the game for the free spins offer.   • Good luck they gonn agive you a problen with your payout but you have to keep telling them. /they want you to give up so they can keep their money so you need to complain and if they dont cooperate you should get in tact with their licensor. lcb can help you with that. I had a payout that took a while and I contacted lcb and they helped me out but only if the casino cooperates.

  • As far as i know, unless i missed something is that direx doesn't "own" the casinos they own SOFTSWISS provider (i think) and they sell casinos models to people wanting to open one and then operate the casinos for a fee. So they own a provider and sell pre-made casinos they will also operate in exchange for fees. So you ahve the basic casino for tens of thousands to the one with all options for i don't know how much then pay fee to operate. Well like if you wanted to open a mcdo but in casino world instead. So each casino have different owners except some groups that have more than one casino under direx nv. It was debated for a while why direx says they "own" the casino on bottom of each casinos but basically it's what i explained. So bitstarz business as nothing to do with other casinos not related to them.
