    i have a new offer today from casino dingo they have offered me 700 dollars today after ringing me and telling me they were only putting in $700 out of my $1400 dollars I had won to then getting a email minutes later saying I’m only getting my deposit of $35 to now saying there was confusion and I was getting $700 dollars again but couldn’t tell me why I was only getting $700 not $1400!!!! They then asked me for a bank statement to process the money into!

    Yes, I totally agree with you, this is very confusing. They still haven't explained why they don't want to pay your winnings. We've sent an email to Lior yesterday, but we still haven't heard back from him. We'll try to get in touch with him again today.

  • So Sydney does this mean lior is lying about me recieving my whole winnings as I have only been subject to half of my winnings, I spoke to Jeremy last night on live chat he new nothing of me getting 1400 only 700? I also tried to ask him why my gaming history was deleted if they had nothing to hide after refusing my winnings as I void the rules and regs by playing roulette ( which I never played) and when I got off chat my gaming history was deleted so I couldn’t see if I had played roulette! Jeremy said that as far as he could see it wasn’t deleted so I asked him for a copy of my history and he replied with I was playing slots so I asked him for a copy and he replied with he couldn’t do so as he had no access to it( cause it wasn’t there)! Yes I’m happy that casino dingo are paying at least half but I want the full amount as promised to me in writting and because that’s my winnings from  lior, now they are trying to say I had bonus money and that it’s 20* the amount I deposited even though I got no bonus money! Why won’t they just pay what they owe!

    Lior has just replied to us. He says that you made a deposit of $35 and used their First Deposit Bonus. This is what their General Bonus Terms and Conditions say: "Once you receive a bonus you will be eligible to cash out a maximum of x20 of your deposit".

    In this case you can't be paid more than $700 ($35x20=$700). 

    Lior has advised us that this is Casino Dingo's final decision.

    On March 24, I beat off a no-deal bonus at this casino without breaking any rules. I was told to make a deposit with any method and then put to a conclusion. I asked the operator if it was possible to do with skrill and bring on it? They told me what I could.
    I sent all the documents I was required to do. The finance department confirmed this on April 1. Underwent all verification. I waited 7 days for the withdrawal that the chat operator put on skrill.

    After a lot of my chat requests on April 6 received a letter that the conclusion will be made within 24 hours.

    After 24 hours, no withdrawal was made.


    In a chat with me today asked the bank account data and again demand a statement, which I already sent them and which was approved by the finance department.
    I explained to casino employees several times that I cannot get a transfer from the bank due to the coronovirus epidemic. We have quarantine, self-isolation. Read on the news, please, about the city of Vitebsk.
