    I requested my withdrawal of 20 euros. I submitted my ID and my bank statement as they asked.

    First,
    My ID is called CLAVE DE ELECTOR and it is the most trusted ID in my country. Used for all legal matters, travel, voting, etc. It includes my date of birth and my national ID number.

    They keep insisting that they will not accept my ID for no reason at all. That they want another ID. A silly online casino is above accepting IDs that judicial courts in my country accept.

    Second,
    My bank statement shows my name, address, account number, etc.

    They say they want my bank statement to include the SWIFT code in it. My bank does not include the SWIFT code on statements so it is impossible to provide this. Furthemore, it is ridiculous because anybody can verify SWIFT codes for a particular bank online.

    We have received a reply from the casino. This is what the Casino Representative says:

    "The player didn`t sent his ID as requested, we can not accept CLAVE DE ELECTOR as it is the election card (when you are going to vote, you show it) it is not a document that we accept. He can send driving license, ID, passport. His Skrill account and the utility bill was approved. So, he needs to send just the ID."

    Please send the requested document to the casino as that's a part of usual KYC procedure.
