Very Quaint and meaningless explanation. For Everything can the support? I think that support any decision regarding the selection consults with the financial team. Bonuses also prepares management and support only presented this bonuses . It can not be support for all responsible! As for the conditions - as writing one player - you changed conditions : "They have in the past few days (!) changed their Terms and Conditions, adding a clause about how the maximum that can be bet is 6.25€. I would not be surprised if it was due to my case, and that it goes along with trying to get me to play more."
In August on your page no was no max bet and later changed to 6.25. That is possible determine, when the page was changed - PC specialist knows. So if it you will be tested with this - the bonus conditions were not met - it will be completely rogue practic and large CAUTION before this casino. About my withdraw - I have agreed by finance team, I did not breach any condition, therefore I get the first payment 5000. And it, that I waiting 1 Month- it can also support team? FashionTv casino - So you have limited time to correct and send money for every players, otherwise your good name will be gone forever , 0 Players and you can wrap it up. -

They actually replied under their review here on LCB mentioning something about breach of their bonus rules but not really clarifying much
Yes, you can see what they meant in that last longish post of mine in this thread.
In short, their bonus rules asked to wager 30x(d+b).
After playing I messaged them in live chat saying "hey I think I'm done by now". And then we had some back and forth. (I never even placed a withdrawal, although I definitely did want to).
Terms required 24000€ to be wagered.
I wagered 29587€ and wanted to withdraw.
And yet they refuse, as you can see. That is what they claim to be a breach of terms. That's what they're talking about.
I doubt they want this clarification spreading out and becoming known, so as you say, they aren't clarifying much in their post. -

These people are scums. Zuga did the right thing to rogue them. If a casino will accept a bet then they better be damn ready to pay a bet. Cases like this is what turns players sour towards casinos. There is enough money on the table for you all to file suit against them. They seem to be running a moms and pops operations and can't afford the big hits. Well if they won't do the right thing then allow a court to decide it.

I have now contacted the Curacao egaming commision (The Government of Curacao) on this and alerted them about this case.
I sent an email with the case and then phoned them to have a chat and to let them know about it. I was able to reach them over the phone, which is certainly good news in and on itself.
I do not know if they indeed have any power and if they are doing legit work.
I was reading up on them, and from what can be gathered they have been stepping up their game lately.
We shall see if they're of any help.
I will keep trying to get my winnings, for as long as I have any ability to do so. -

There's been new developments here and I have what I believe to be very good news.
Following a lengthy process with the authority I've mentioned, BetFTV were told to reinstate my balance in full.
I was then given an option to complete another 18000 worth of rollover and then withdraw my winnings.
Now, this is by no means perfect for me, as the agreements (terms) were without a doubt different from that.
However, it is acceptable to me, and it is certainly better than not receiving anything at this point, and having unresolved cases, money owed, and lawsuits involved.
I can also confirm that BetFTV indeed has reinstated my balance (and they seem to be cooperative and open for communication; a welcome and significant change!)
I will post more as it unfolds. -

hope they would honor the withdrawal request this time. We have been going back and forth with this complaint for months now , in our correspondence with this casino.
I still believe they should not have "forced" you to do the additional wagering , especially since the terms you agreed upon were different at that time.
I think it only shows they were hoping you might give some of the winnings back. So that's not cool in my book.
Alas you have agreed to it ( though I don't think you had much choice ), and luckily fulfilled the new WR.
So props to you and hope you receive the cashout soon.
As far as this casino goes I am still not convinced they are ready to be reinsated on LCB without a warning.
It is something we might revisit in near future depending on the further developments. -

Yeah! I bet they were hoping the OP wouldn't make wagering or would make it with a lot less payable cash. But luckily OP were able to make wagering with either more cash then before. I am rooting that the OP will be paid and in a fast and timely manner. -

Thanks for the replies and comments!
Yes, I think that additional wagering wasn't as fair as the courts would rule, but at the same time it was a kind of a compromise, and seemed like my best bet. So I accepted what the gaming commision ruled.
The casino then went along with it as well.
I, too, hope (and have come to expect) to get paid, although the manner might not be that timely.
They've requested documents from me now; my ID scan, my utility bill, and my skrill screenshot sent as attachments, as well as a notarized ID sent via mail (post, snail mail).
They got the first three right away, and the notarized ID was in the mail on the same day as well. But it will take a while until it travels around the globe and reaches them.
Hopefully at that time there won't be any more unnecessary delays. It is also quite odd they'd go through that much trouble to try to avoid paying what isn't THAT big of a sum. But again, following long cases, the commission's ruling, long mediations from many who were involved, I do expect to get paid.
I'll post more as it happens. -

My shipment was supposed to arrive in 10 days. It's been over a month since I've sent it.
It still hasn't arrived, I see on the tracking service that it's stuck in Montreal and it's been there for the past two weeks.
I have therefore resent it today.
I have also found a (superexpensive) courier that advertises they'll be at their doorstep in 3 days after I send it. So I will do so tomorrow.
I will post more as it happens. -

Thanks!
Picking the new courier service has been a great call.
FashionTV has received (and signed it) a notarized copy of my ID on Friday. (And they'll receive the other two at some point in the future, as well )
As you can imagine, by now I am eagerly awaiting to hear from them and get my money.
I have notified their licensing authority/gambling commission about that, as well. -

Since DHL was true to their word, it has been 10 days since FashionTV has received my notarized ID.
I haven't heard from them in the meantime, I sent one mail and gotten only an automated reply which you get whenever you contact them.
After the first note I sent them earlier, I have alerted their regulator on Friday (it is Monday today) about all this as well.
I genuinely believed that once everything gets completed I'd get paid. 10 000€ per month is what their supposed policy is. -

The latest news is that their affiliate platform provider ( Income Access ) has decided to drop them due to money owed to them too.
So it seems they are owing money to everyone... Not good.... -

Its obvious they can't afford to pay the OP. They are using every stall tacked available. I've seen complaints where they fail to pay a few $100 dollars. You are right to blacklist them and hopefully other sites will follow suit to. Things like this is what pisses me off with new casinos. They are underfunded and think they will just automatically start making money from day 1. -

During the last month I spoke some more to their regulator about the whole thing since BetFTV are silent.
Then they talked to BetFTV. And following their correspondence with FashionTV casino they (and thus me, as well) were promised that this would get resolved by Easter. That seemed like good news.
However, it did not get resolved, and I still did not get any funds.
To remind you of the current state of events, they received the last document, a notarized copy of my ID, at the end of February.
I have then followed up on that, notified the regulator about it, and they are now again in talks with BetFTV.
I'll keep you all posted. -

The latest events timeline is as follows.
January 6h Gaming-Curacao.com has issued BetFTV an instruction to reinstate my balance, and to have me complete the (extra) rollover requirements. BetFTV has complied. I have agreed to it as well.
I have completed all the extra wagering and gotten a confirmation from BetFTV that I'm all done. My ending balance is, IIRC, 21 264€.
I have a pending withdrawal for 10 000€ (their monthly limit) since then.
On the 22nd of January they requested the docs - my ID scans, and a couple of screenshots to be emailed; and also a notarized copy of my ID to be sent to them via snail mail.
They received the e-mails immediatelly.
They received the latest piece, via snail mail - and signed for it - on the27th of February.
Since then, they haven't replied to my e-mails - at all - on March the 1st, April 12th, and possibly a couple others. No communication, other than live chat (where the personnel says they can't do anything), was had.
On March 8th Gaming-Curacao said they'd look into it.
On March 22nd Gaming-Curacao instructed them this is taking too long and needs to be settled. Stuart of Gaming-Curacao then tells me they received a confirmation from BetFTV it'd be finished by the end of that week.
It did not happen.
On March 31st, upon me pointing out to Gaming-Curacao that I still did not receive any funds, I got a message back stating they'd see to it that it gets resolved ASAP.
Finally, on May 11th, after again me messaging Gaming-Curacao, I got a message back stating they'd see into it and see why is the payout delayed.
Nothing has happened yet.
I will keep you all posted, of course.
This kind of a case is very telling, in a lot of ways. -

This is absolutely shocking behavior and buisness practice by FTV , I really commend you on your persistence in staying on this case and I'm holding thumbs for you that hopefully it gets resolved soon, I just can't believe that such a popular international brand like FTV could do this kind of thing

I most certainly intend to stay on it, for as long as necessary.
Btw, I have so far received some legal counsel on the case as well, and I have one offer to be represented in courts on this one.
I will 100% follow up on how the gaming commission manages to handle it before that, of course. They've been getting slowish. I know their role is delicate, and I have been patient.
But it all does need to come to an end eventually. In a few days it'll be three whole months since the casino's received the last piece of my docs.
I intend to exhaust entirely that option (Gaming-Curacao) first for four reasons
it is the natural course of events. The casino is behaving inorderly, so we (the players) contact their overseer/mediator/governing body
it is simpler (by now this case is straightforward - BetFTV were told to resolve this by them. So it has come down to whether they're listening to their licensor or not)
it is quicker (this way the only thing that should happen is my winnings hitting my Skrill account)
it is cheaper (law firm, of course, quoted a price for their service)
Also, it will all serve as a good guidance on what can we realistically expect from a particular governing body.
And it will tell us what you can expect from this particular casino.
If they indeed stiff me, who'd want to play and take their chances on winning - and not getting paid in the end? What's the point on playing then? -

Here's how they've been handling it lately.
Last week I phoned them (the licensor) up. I had a chat with one of the employees, and soon afterwards I received an e-mail from another.
BetFTV is communicating with them. Last week Gaming-Curacao opened an option of license suspension, and subsequently alerting their payment processors, software suppliers etc. of that.
They informed me of that, and asked for my patience.
Payout (the first one of three, I assume) was supposed to happen last week.
It did not.
Today I received an e-mail how they're now working with "managing directors" of the company to resolve this.
I've replied stating how I don't get what BetFTV's play is. Nor what their grudge is. It is in everyone's best interest, mid and long term, that this gets settled.
I will update on how it goes on. -

Hi - I'm glad someone is looking into this. I have the same problem. I have a withdrawal pending since 01-May-2016 - now 41 days. The Lying Bit.... in Live Chat keeps promising it will be fixed .and it does not. Will we ever have a chance of getting our money if the casino is closed?
Here is my official complaint:
"Hi.
I have played at the "FashionTV Casino" (Betftv.com) for some time now. Finally, on the 01-May-2016 i Won. I made a withdraw request for 1,200. -$ the same day. I did not use any bonus and I am a verified player, all the documents have been accepted. The problem is, that today (11-Jun-2016) have I waited for 41 days and the withdrawal is still pending. Their website states the process time as instant if Neteller is used (I did). The "Live Chat" gives me the runaround and support do not answer any mail I send them. I have made a lot of deposits over time. I have used both Neteller and MasterCard for the deposits.
Is this casino a scam or a closed casino, just ripping people off?
I sincerely hope you can help me - I really need the money :-(
Best regards
Kim Karlson"

Hello Kim Karlson,
Sorry to hear that you are facing problems with the casino. As you can see this casino is blacklisted due to delayed or no payment of winnings at all. They also don't respond here on the thread as well as on emails. We are not sure if we can help you at all regarding your case since we probably won't hear from them. We're going to notify them regarding the issue anyway, but unfortunately, we can't promise anything.
Please be more cautious when choosing a casino to play at. Have a look at our list of casinos with a warning sign HERE.
Best regards. -

Since the last update of my case, Curacao about once every two weeks mentions that they're "talking" to the MD of BetFTV.
Here is the rough outline of such e-mails -
"I am trying to work to get this resolved. The MD said that they should have resolve this week.
The alternative is to suspend their license which would entail contacting the processors and software suppliers which would effectively make it more difficult to pay.
I constantly having correspondence with them and they are not denying your WD seems to be an internal problem with them that needs to be cleared up. I assure you we will get some resolve one way or another."
Note that this again confirms that my withdrawal is an "internal problem of theirs (BetFTV's)".
However, nothing else happens, except from an odd new "deadline" which BetFTV supposedly promises Curacao and then never follows up on. There were four or five of those during the last six months.
I asked Curacao, given all that, what is their plan then. What is their next step. I don't see the point in new talks of "deadlines" if nothing happens after them.
I haven't received a response to that question yet, although I did learn the next (current) step they did make - a couple weeks worth of vacation. -

I didn't realize the fight was with Curacao. If that's the case your case is probably not going to be resolved in your favor anyways.
Make reference to the Affpower rigged games. Sure they pulled the fake games, yet the players got no recourse in the whole matter. Especially in the department of refunds or even some sort of compensation for playing fraudulent games.
Curacao has basically become a shell body where they say they provide player protection. Yet it would seem as if as long as the casino pays it's dues. They turn a blind eye when it comes actually providing resolution for a player. Plus most of there casinos really aren't located in Curacao anyways. They only buy a mailing address there, mainly in there technology park. So they can get a license, they host there operations elsewhere.
Good luck, hopefully something comes around, even though I highly doubt it will. -

I'm afraid there's little we can do to help you get your winnings. The casino is blacklisted due to slow payments or no payments at all, rogue terms & conds. Furthermore, their customer support do not answer our messages. Please read more about it HERE.
