  • I must hand it to Hallmark Casino who stepped up making everything right. Leo from Hallmark called and offered to pay over the entire amount stating: " he understood my position, that there had been some confusion within his Banking Department but keeping me as a player was more important to the Casino than the 1769.00 dollars. 

    Not only did Leo stand behind Hallmarks Banking Email approving my request for withdrawal in the full amount of 1769.00 dollars, but he assured me I will be paid today. 

    There are several hero's here and I am not one of them. Leo, Thank You, you are definitely a hero as well as MelissaN, you too are a hero, Thank you for jumping right in and doing your thing, without your assistance and  Leo's commitment to his players and his Casino i would be up the creek without a paddle.

    In closing, I just received confirmation payment has been made and received into my Bitcoin account so I must go and figure out exactly how I plan to spend my winnings.

  • No notice given for site dropping offline, can not access to funds. Staff was extremely rude and obnoxious when questioned and could give no reasons or time frame as to possible  as to when it might return. Very concerned.Wife could get no reason, timeframe frame about this issue from any CS staff

    I hope you are doing well, you are correct we had a down time on the desk top version and our tech team worked for many hours trying to fix it (fixed at 6 pm) for the desktop version (mobile vesions was working fine) please provide your login name for a conpensation chip let me know if you used a chat or call and the login name so I can check if they where rude for QA purposes, I apologize for any inconvinience this might it cause to you in behalf of the hallmark family

    got your answer. there it is said that you need to attach a copy of ID or driver's license. I have already sent you a copy of my passport. why are you asking for these documents again? maybe you need them in English? but in Russia the rights to the Russian language. can I send you a passport to travel abroad ?

    you also ask for proof of address not older than three months. or utility bills. but in Russian many live with parents and all receipts are formed on them. I sent you a receipt from aliexpress but it's older than 3 months. since I rarely receive letters in English in my address. what other documents in addition to bills for services I can provide you? maybe a Bank statement or something?

    You have to verify your account before the cashout. Please read this sentence from their T&C: 

    Before a cash-out (i.e., withdrawal of winnings) can be processed, the Player must provide photo ID and proof of address for the purpose of confirmation. The Casino reserves the right to request additional information to valídate Player identity.

    This is the email on their website. If you have any issue please let us know and we can notify the casino rep.

  • Hello guys. This casino doesnt seem to be honest to players from Turkey! As you know they require no deposit for 75 dollars welcome bonus and several people got paid that i know from a local turkish forum. I was just lucky and wagered the bonus i have been given and now they force me to deposit $35 for $100 payment. This is not fair and honest businesses never change the rules while the game is being played. At this point i kindly ask lcb's help to be able to receive my payment without any deposit.

    Now you dont take my problem into consideration, not surprised. I will not call anyone for listening fairy tales. There is only one way to resolve this case, make my well deserved payment.     They do not have stable terms and they do not act honest. In the meantime they ask  $30 deposit for withdrawals from Turkish players. As you can see they are able to pay Turkish players and they have accepted us while registering. By the way I thought you can be more attractive on this casino but all you do is reading the topic. Cant you see a sponsor casino is having illegal actions to users?
