    according to the rules i made all the necessary rollover requierments,

    however after fulfilling, my bonus have not been added automatically.

    I was informed on support that it was administrator decission.

    My question is why i have been played into this situation if the process

    should be "automatic" ?

    If it was not why i have not been informed prior to my deposit.

    I feel cheated here.

    even if you pulled it back just after, you should still play it accordig to rules i was singin while cashin.

    Worth adding i asked for fast withdrawal your support agent to move on but was forcred to photomodel in front of your site

    holding my ID. Beeing treated this way i assumed creating a topic to warn other ppl and give you a chance to fix it

    was a good idea. Please, lets find a fair way to resolve this?
