  • I had a serious problem with " Casino Global Live" I deposited 50€ with a Master Card. 8 days ago. Nothing appears in my account. However I had all the printscreens, and nothing to do. They mix the differents deposits between Neteller and Master card.

    We've received an update from the Casino regarding your complaint. They provided us with the evidence showing that there were no issues regarding deposits on your account. The evidence clearly shows that you successfully deposited the amount of 50Eur on Friday 26th April, then claimed the 25€ bonus and bet in the total amount of 1381.50€. There was only one deposit made on that day. 

    The evidence that you provided does not clearly show that the deposit for the same amount is made with the Master Card as well, as most of the info is scratched out. Only a deposit via Neteller is clearly visible. 

    We've asked the Casino Rep to reply here in this thread as well. Keep an eye on this thread for the updates. 

  • I send you all the proofs , and we can see the Deposit amount of 50€ with master card ( playpearl casino ) the deposit appears clearly but not in my casino account of course. I send the same documents to Globallivecasino, since 11 days. No answer. It is not serious. So for the players, be carefull.

    We do not understand the reason of this complaint. You must be mistaken. We have checked your account activities history thoroughly and we can see that your deposit was credited correctly to your casino account. The funds were then used in our games and lost. You placed over 4440 bets on that day. If needed and if you wish, we will gladly provide all necessary evidence of this activity to a LCB representative so that this complaint can be dismissed.   • Thank you to provide effectivelly the proofs to a LCB représentative. Because, the transaction of my MasterCard doesn't appear on my account, and when I made the deposit , my account didn't increase with my Deposit. That is the complaint. And the amount was débited on my MasterCard account. It is as simple as that. Thank you for your following. Perhaps I made à mistake , but I don't believe.
