I got an email this with this promo:

And so I made a LTC deposit of 7.57EUR , and off I went. 
In double roulette I hit the 1200 to 1 double ball jackpot which was 600 euros.

"Keep in mind that this bonus entails a wagering requirement of 45 times the bonus amount & the winnings from the free spins."

So I go to roll it over, playing slots, I turn it into 1400 euros, and then when it gets rolled over it says I have 71 euros.
I'm like what the heck? Contact live chat, they tell me to wait for an email, which said this:

"I hope this message finds you well. We are reaching out regarding your report in live chat regarding some possible missing funds. 

After checking your balance and activity, we have come to the conclusion your balance is accurate, and no missing funds have been found. Kindly keep in mind that the max cashout restriction (10x deposited amount) is applied automatically after wagering requirement is complete.

 So, we'd kindly advise you to proceed requesting a withdrawal with your remaining balance.

I mean that can't be right, you can only withdraw 10x your deposit??  Please tell me this isn't so.

Oh wow that sounds so shady. I hate when they pull that stuff and can just get away with it.

Did you notice the limit on withdrawing when you made the deposit with the bonus?

Do you think there is anymore you can do or do you have to just deal with it at this stage?

No it most certainly wasn't posted anywhere clear or obvious.

And that is so shady, back door deceiving aarrgrh.

To say I'm devastated would be an understatement, this was seriously going to save my bacon what with work being done for the season and was going to help me get through this really tough time of the year for me, but it looks like I'm S.O.L.
