Hello. I have an issue. What is the best way to submit the information to you? It is a technical error but not being resolved or, as it appears, being even addressed beyond that. It should be an easy resolve by now, or lacking that, there should be some checking in with me telling me how things are and what to expect. It is a nominal amount, I am not at all mad. It is not the casino's fault. Just one of those things.
Just the same, the service is the responsibility of the casino and so I bring it to you in hopes that I do not have to spend much more time on this and go on my way, neutral and untouched by the event.
