  • Welcome, and here my first issue with emojinocasino. After uploading five different proof of adress documents, all were dissaproved. Because all the utilities are in my husbands name, I send 3 bankstatements of this month, but I was not allowed to hide my balance with black pen, only with balance is allowed. Because of that I send two different invoices of health insurance, which was not allowed either. Finally I let my account be removed, I never had this issue in 13 years playing at trusted casino's. My bankaccountbalance is not important and therefore should be allowed to hide.

  • My documents were directly downloaded from my bankaccount, very clear, only removed my balance, so why is it so hard? What did you do? Give up? I asked to remove everything.

  • The problem is that your representive want to see my balance on my bankstatements, I am not allowed to hide my balance. Everything is on that statement, my name, bankaccount, adress. I think this is really a big privacy problem.

    The investigation revealed that in fact, the bets were rejected not only due to Your status bet limits, but also because You have tried to play the game opened from the provider’s Lobby rather than from our website.
    In the provider's Lobby, there may be games that aren’t available in our game catalog.
    Also, you are referring to the missing amount of 2100 euro in alleged winnings. As it is a Live Casino game, we understand that you were able to see the outcomes for the bets you tried to make. However, as you’ve been trying to make bets over the allowed limit, they couldn’t have been accepted, therefore the results remained hypothetical and can’t be considered as eligible winnings you were supposed to receive.

    playing for 11 years online never heard a excuus like this .amazing how you are trying to escape this.

    i played for hours and no one of the staf could step in and tell me this ?

    besides what i did was like every casino i play i go to live section and open the game and play .i dont remember seeing a restriction or what ever .i must refer you to the first contact with chat were my first bets ever were rejected and the chat told me not to play untill it was fixed wich then i waited 2 days before playing i have no energy to discuss this further .

    i played with own money no bonus involved so you have no single right to limit my game play .what i know that you smashed my session that day i could up ended with 5000€ profit after losing 3 times this amount before in other casino.

    as you claim there were also losing rejected bets and i offerd you to substract the losing from the winning wich still is left 600€

    .gambling. must be fair or casino lose or we lose something happening between this is pure scam.

    i am requesting 600€ to be payed out and we both partys can move on ..

    You could see the outcome of the bets and that made you upset, we totally understand you. However, the system didn`t allow those bets to be placed because of the limitations, which we explained about.
