  • Hello, my name is Ana and I have a complaint about a bookmaker that  you advertise on your site. The bookmaker is Eaglebet and I am having huge problems getting a withdrawal from them. I received 1 normal skrill withdrawal, then about a month ago they decided to lock my account as players from Slovenija were no longer welcomed with them, after that they are delaying to pay out my 2200€ in my account for over a month, with  promises that I will get my money in 48 hours, then I wait for a week with no answers, then they demand new documents again, while I have send them my ID card, drivers licence, bank statement, skrill account, selfies and everything. So now they have simply locked my account, and they do not process my withdrawals and there is nothing I can do as they simply do not answer or send automated emails. Please contact them if you can and warn other players so they do not get trapped in this scam they are doing.. my username with  them is ancy20

    We've received a reply from the Casino Representative and here's what he says:

    "The player's account is locked for a month now since Slovenia is a restricted territory as per our terms and conditions. We asked her to provide a passport for a GBG check several weeks ago but she refused to send it. The easiest solution for her would have been to send this passport.

    She contacted us again and filled a complaint. It is forwarded to our payments department and we'll find a solution as soon as possible."
