another stupidity of theirs is that they didn't tell me anything, neither good nor bad news, nothing, 20 days ago they asked for my mobile number and since then not a word from them, that the case is over and that I failed the verification I found out from you????

Casino Rep got back to us and clarified this case for us. This is what they said: 

"

1. 100% sports player.
2. There are no pending withdrawals. This account was closed last year due to Terms violations:

2.5. You are only allowed to register one Account with Ditobet. Accounts are subject to immediate closure if it is found that you have multiple accounts registered with us. This includes the use of representatives, relatives, associates, affiliates, related parties, connected persons, and/ or third parties operating on your behalf. You can have only one account per person, family, household address, email address, payment account number, IP address, mobile device and/or shared computer, i.e. Public library or workplace. 

   3. Phone number was long time inactive and when someone finally picked it up, a very young guy pretended to be the account holder - Rajko Partlic. The documents sent for verification were for 75 years old man (1947-06-01)! "

This case is closed from their end and it's a final decision.

I won 2,000 euros on ditobet completely regularly, I just made a mistake during registration, I wrote the street without a descriptive number. I've been waiting for Yeras for a month and they didn't send me anything. The support said that I should wait for a call and nothing. They also said that they can block me, so be careful!
