  • I lost 2 deposit an support was really friendly :) for 3rd deposit i made win and i have no contact with support :) i made withdraw and it is pending since 2 days. I asked on chat how long it can take and i am waiting on chat since 10hours because there is no agent :) I sent message via page and no answer :) i don't know nothing about my account but according to casino guru users review this site is pure scam and not paying winning :) what i should do in my case? :) i print screened all my bets for my own good and you should do this same if you deposit money on dexterbet...

  • The casino cancelled my winnings of about 650-700 euros! (I can't say more precisely).
    A month and a half ago the casino blocked my account for a whole month! After unblocking, all my winnings were cancelled!
    I contacted support via online chat - they told me that I violated their rules - and all winnings were cancelled!

    I sent them an email on 06/27/2024 - I still haven't received a response!, but recently they started sending me promotional offers for their casino!
