    1: they are not willing to share information because they would have to present evidence,  is facto they do not have evidence

    2: They told me that jswqzs.com is not authorized to mediate complaints between players and the casino so they do not pass on information to LCB

    3: I was their customer and had my account verified in 2019, in 2020 I canceled my account because they did not credit my deposit and said that I had not deposited even though I presented proof of deposit.  For this reason I canceled my account

    4: Before opening a new account I asked if I could reactivate the old account and they said it wouldn't be possible as a lot of time had passed... I needed to open a new account

    5: How could they not verify my account now if the same documents sent in 2019 were used to verify my account?

  • So I initally signed up using and received a no deposit bonus max cash out of $180.00 - I managed to meet the playthrough and I submitted all documents INCLUDING the selfie with ID as asked since I already knew I would be using crypto. Well, a few days later I received an email stating I was approved and documents were all good and to make my withdrawal request I needed to deposit a $25.00 minimum and play it down. Okay so I did that, and then was told to go on and request my withdrawal. I did. Well next thing ya know I get an email saying they can't approve my withdrawal because the selfie is not legible. BS! I have sent over more than 10 selfies that are more than legible and can be read perfectly. No one in support will help they say they can't help its not their department. SMH. If my photo wasn't "acceptable" then why did they say it was approved to begin with instead of waiting for me to deposit first.

  • Signed up and won on  a NDB. managed to meet playthrough. Was then told to submit documents which were proof of address, ID and if crypto then a selife holding ID. I received an email three days later saying "ALL DOCUMENTS APPROVED!" I was told to make my intial deposit of $25 play it down and request the $180.00 I did so. Well then I got an email saying the photo isn't legible. its been five days of sending SEVERAL photos to which they say are not legible whebn it is. Live support is a joke and say they can't assist.

  • I signed up for Uptown Aces and was permanently banned almost immediately. I didn't do anything to warrant such a decision. I would like to know what happened so it doesn't happen again at other casinos. Here is what all I did from signing up to getting banned. I signed up then logged in. I claimed a ndb and attempted to play some slots. However, none loaded. Only a black screen in place of the slot opened for about a second. I tried using a different browser, cleared all browsing data, cookies, cache, and site settings. When I tried logging back in a message stating I'm not allowed to login displayed. I tried a few additional times and tried another browser only to get the same message. The chatbot suggested I reset my password which didn't work. I chatted with the bot again, but the only response it would give is that support needs to call me, but the stress of a phone call is not worth it to me. Finally I emailed support and got a message that my account had been flagged by security filters and I would no longer be able to hold an account with them. Please let me know if there is any help.     It seems strange that you got banned almost immediately. Perhaps having multiple accounts can be a cause for such decision made by the casino. However, feel free to private message us your casino username so that we could check with the rep what has happened.

     

  • I think I know what the problem is. I signed up for NinjaSlots and the same thing happened. Support informed me that 8 accounts have been created and the manager closed them all and banned me. Just Like with Uptown Aces I was a new account. The problem is I live in an apartment complex that has free wifi. Countless other people have the same public facing ip address. I just have to disconnect from wifi and use my phone data going forward. I was unaware that casinos only allow a limited number of accounts per IP address.

I'm trying to figure out what are these security filters and what am I doing to trigger them? Like I mentioned it's now 4 casinos that banned me almost immediately when I haven't done anything. Which is so very confusing when you consider this casino is owned by Deckmedia N.V. who also owns Sloto'Cash casino, Miami Club Casino, Desert Nights Rival Casino, Red Stag Casino and at least 5 other well known online casinos.  

    Anyway I have a rather lengthy complaint regarding this casino (SLOTS CAPITAL CASINO) And the information provided on this casinos LCB page.  I don't know LCB was intentionally given inaccurate information by this casino but had the information been accurate I would not be writing this complaint because i would not have played at this casino.   I will try to keep this as short as I can because the solution to my complaint is fairly quick too or at least is so for every other decent casino online.  I just want my winning before I hit the elderly assisted living area of my life!!!!!.  

    On the 12th of July I made a deposit and claimed a promotion on this site.  I did really well and after a few days got though the wagering requirements and had a balance in my account worth cashing out.  (2,000)  $400. of the 2000 was the bonus which is not a cash able sum.  So the casino took their 400 and I was then left with a withdraw-able balance of 1600.   I proceeded to begin the KYC process supplying all the necessary information needed for this casino to approve and verify  so I would be verified and able to withdraw my winnings. I also tried to make a bitcoin  withdrawal request  and got a message that the amount I was requesting was too high.  SO I contacted support and I will save anyone who reads this from the severe headache you would get if you had to read and experience the absurdities, the deciphering of trained cryptic conversations with support and this casinos half true and totally wrong written T&C.     

    This is what I finally found out.  Slots Capital is one of many online casinos owned by  Deckmedia N.V.  In the first paragraph I mention the names of some of the sister casinos to Slots Capital.  And I have played at almost every single one of those casinos and been verified and cashed out at least 3 times with each of the Sister casinos of Slots Capital casino.    And there are a few of those casinos I will no longer play at because unwritten Terms and Conditions which are too stressful even when you win to experience every time you win.   But there are also a few of those sister casinos that are my favorites and I do gamble online with those casinos 2 to 3 times a week.  

    I have about a year and 6 month of experience with onine gambling.  But in all that time and with every single casino  have played at I have never had an issue with the total maximum amount a customer can withdraw using bitcoin.  Slots Capital has a max cap for bitcoin withdrawal set at 500/per week.  On the LCB page for this Casino it states the cash out limit is 2500 per week.  

    Slots capital just states bitcoin is handled differently!!!!  So now I am expected to return to this casino for the next 3 weeks and again submit a withdrawal request once a week for 500 bitcoin withdrawal. 

    Since I found this to be really unacceptable I contacted support and was told I could request the payout in the form of a international wire transfer.  (And this support person told me the bank wire is the fastest way to get my winnings. that it would only take about 3 days.) The casino listed several different time frames for every type of withdrawal and several of them are different depending on what part of their written T&C you  happen to be reading.  Currently the time listed on LCB page for this casino is  5 to 15 BUSINESS DAYS!!!  So no matter how I request my withdrawal the amount of time it will take this casino to process my request is approximately 3 weeks plus.  Unbelievable!!!!

    KYC: 3-5 business days

    E-wallets: 48-72 hours

    Check: 4-6 business days

    Wire Transfer: 5-15 business days

    And this is when Hanna a casino employee involved with the KYC verification process of this casino steps in and seems to think customers are going to go out and get professional photogphers to take a picture of the customer holding their license.  Hanna will not accept any of the selfies I have sent. Selfies that are the same ones that were accepted by at least 6 associated online casinos.   and because of her inability to accept these docs, the casino has now put the money back into my account  so now I have to start from the beginning of the processes requesting my withdrawals. 

    I know this casino is hoping I will just gamble the balance off in the casino.  That is NOT going to happen. Once I get my winnings I will not gamble at this casino again.  FOOL ME ONCE SHAME ON YOU!!!! FOOL ME TWICE SHAME ON ME!!!  

    And here it is in a nut shell.  I just want this casino to approve and send me my winnings.  And to send them in a realistic time frame.  

    That's it plain and simple as it should be.  

    I would like to know why Slots Capital Casino a sister site to several other well known online casinos says they are limited to and not capable of processing a bitcoin request over 500 a week?   Is this casino experiencing some rather serious financial issues which have a VERY negative effect on their customers.  Or have they had serious financial issues in the past and now must follow very stringent written in stone financial guidelines.  Guidelines and policies made by an outside source since Slots capital casino denies the ability to make any changes to those guidelines???  

    Could someone please contact a rep at this casino and let them know that I have been verified by at least 5 Associated online casinos owned by the same parent company.  And I would like my withdrawal processed ASAP.   And if at all possible have this casino print the REAL terms and conditions regarding Max cash out amounts and amount of time it takes for those processes to happen.

  • Thankfully I have only had  problems with one casino at payout time. Fair Go , which really sucks because I like playing there, but  over a month ago I won several hundred dollars( not even alot by casino wins) and submitted all documents. I've literally had dozens of emails back and forth because they find a new reason to deny the verification citing problems with one of the docs. The crazy part is that it has been something different every last time, even though I have corrected everything they have had issue with. It seems pretty clear to me they don't want to pay up because they will say in email this is the problem and its with this doc. I've submitted my cable bill which clearly says name, addrress and date. it has gone from can't send a screenshot of doc, we cant see all the edges of document, your surname is different from proof of address and so on. Ive explained to them I simply registered using my married last name as well as my maiden name and if its a problem they can drop the married one because all my id stuff is under my maiden name. I am about ready to give up. Just a heads up if you win there.
