I had registered at this casino and played regularly during 2018 and was a very loyal player.
We had a few issues during the latter part of the year and I had requested my account to be closed due to ill mannered support staff and issues with tournament winnings.
I had then requested my account to be reopened as that is the right of any player.
The support staff had blatantly ignored my requests and I proceeded to open a new account as the old one had been closed:
My deposit was taken and account disabled plus my winnings were confiscated.
The terms clearly state winnings will be forfeited when a duplicate account is active and in my case I had only one active account!
I can post all correspondence if needed proving that one account was closed and they refused to reopen at never dis I have two active accounts at the same time.
Kindly assist in getting my remaining funds paid to me.

8. USE OF PLAYER ACCCOUNT
Any returns, winnings or bonuses which the player has gained or accrued during such time as the Duplicate Account was active may be reclaimed by us, and players undertake to return to us on demand any such funds which have been withdrawn from the Duplicate Account.
