We've reviewed the situation for you ottertaneda and unfortunately the balance in question is the result of the 15th consecutive free chip with no subsequent deposits. According to the rules of the casino and the free chips themselves only one free chip is valid between cash deposits. None of these free chips had a subsequent cash deposit nor has there been a history of deposit in your account, there are no funds in your casino account which are eligible for withdrawal.

As we have already written about this topic, Casino Rep clearly wrote to us what the situation is with the connection of these two casinos and explained that there is a connection but that the management is not the same. Hello, I'm gonna make this short and to the point. I'm a fairly new online player. I got some free spins and Crypto Loko was very shady about taking the winnings and then revoking me for simply asking about the rules and requirements. They kept saying that there was a 50$ max cash out and took 4300 from me that was withdrawable. It happened during game play and everyone I tried to talk to acted like I was doing something wrong. Casino Rep got back to us and clarified this case as well. He said that you won from a second free chip with no subsequent deposit and tried to turn that money into cash by depositing $32 on top of it. Your deposit of $32 was refunded and the withdrawal was denied due to breaching the rules.
Your second account that is deactivated has already 8 consecutive free chips in it.
With that being said we will close this complaint and mark it as Resolved.

Update - Just logged in and see the first (larger) withdrawal was approved and payment was sent to my wallet as of 15mins ago.
