That's the thing. I have email proof ,my account is verified 2019 in September. This is just first time I do withdrawal from the casino.

Yes it takes week to verify and I have emails from sending them my documents 2019. And funny , for me they said something something is changed that's why they need to verify again this year ,and for I they say I'm not verified at all.

Crazy fortune casino still can't verify my account as they have my ID ,my Swiss driving license ,my Swiss ID ( where is also my address) ,my bank card ,may proof of address it's about 2 months old because they said they need it no more than 3 months old ,and today they said they need no more than 2 months old and my bank details.

You can file a complaint with their licensor which is Curacao. We've sent another email to the Casino Representative and asked him to check why your account hasn't been verified yet. Keep you updated.
