  • hopefully they can conclude their internal investigation.  I found a lawyer to take the case.  I know this is all very time sensitive so i just want to make sure im protected, get what im owed, and hopefully they can get fixed what they need to on their end.  I look forward to their findings.  I thought maybe we could just do the right thing and pay me what they owe me.  But it seems to be dragging out.  I know it doesnt take this long to do some very simple math.  I spent hrs doing it myself but i had to o it through pictures of my history.  It shouldnt take this long.

  • I just don't get this. It's pretty simple math. What is taking so long?  It's a lot of money. But it should be my money and u would think it would be of somewhat important to get me my money. I couldn't imagine any casino wants it to be known their software is either faulty or fraudulent. Should I start uploading videos, my numbers, and my history.  All of which show I'm telling the truth here!  Just look at the 24 hr total winnings on my account history page.  Over $800000.00.  And my total while playing never even broke $100000.00. And 190 wins! #paytheguy!

  • I apologize if I seem inpatient.  It's not easy knowing u won this amount of money and may have nothing to show for it....  very hard. I guess it doesn't seem as it should take so long.  But I'm sure they want to hang on to those money as long as possible.  I just pray they do the right thing at whatever point they decide they are ready to do so. I've been sick and extremely broke. So it's been a hard pill to swallow.  Work just isn't keeping up with bills.  Like I say this will be life changing for me.  But I will try my best to wait as patiently as possible.

  • Can I ask u what your thoughts are on all this?  Do u think I will see any of this money? I'm trying to be patient. But my hopes of them doing the right thing are starting to fade.  With all the evidence I have , a person would think they would do what's right.  But decency seems to be lacking in the world today. Seems greed has replaced it. But sometimes this world surprises me. There's still a lot of good if we look.  This really just feels like an emotional roller coaster.  And not feeling well hasn't helped either.  I just need a break so bad and really thought this was it.  Maybe it still is.  But I was just curious what your feelings were towards this?

  • I don't understand how it takes two weeks to do simple math. They need to pay what they owe. I'm not sure what the time frame is on the legal side as far as the window. But it feels to me as if they are just riding out the time.  I did the math in 24 hrs and I'm sure there are smarter people then me working on this. I can't believe they haven't paid me yet.  They have had no problem taking thousands and thousands from me.  If they aren't gonna pay they just need to say it. I'm trying to be be patient.   But this is a lot of money being stolen from me.  Maybe I'm wrong but this is how it feels to me.  This is a criminal scam they have going. This is messing with my life. I don't know how I can go on if they don't pay me.  This is the break I've been needing and they are stealing it from me.  This isn't right.

  • I could really use some help with an issue I am having with betonline. I have numerous screen shots showing where there no terms regarding their deosit bonus that mentions a max cash out!  They even state that it's not in their terms but just Bc it's not written in thei terms doesn't mean that it's unlimited. That's the entire point of having terms and conditions right?  So players know the rules. Yet I met the $3990 wagering requirement on my deposit bonus Friday night and they took $2800 from my balanace. I have talked to numerous people at this site and they won't even try to help me just keep saying the decision is final. if you can please help me I would greatly apparexiate it. I am not a newbie by any means. And they are making stuff up as they go!! It's not in the terms then can they really just do whatever they want to do?  That seems highly unfair and a disadvantage to us the players!!!

  • Just curious as I play at betonline , the issue with countryluvin, was his issue handle to his satisfaction? He was throwing out some staggering figures and posted many times and then poof, problem solved? I can only assume his math was wrong but there was no explanation as to what happened and how it was resolved. I'll still continue to play at betonline but his post and the one after it about bonuses and max cash outs hast me cautious. I've never had any issues with betonline, except losing. :)

    If you have not encountered similar problems, there is no reason not to continue playing where you are satisfied.

  • Okay thanks, it's a strange phenomenon of online casino forums that players appear from nowhere, make very strong accusations and then disappear without any resolution being posted. I would think that the casino would at least like to set the record straight whether it's player error or casino error. I'm leaning player error on this one for a few reasons.

  • Great. Thank you. I tried to resolve the issue numerous times through chat and email. And they wouldn't even help me. I was blown away that they were not even trying to make things right even a little bit. I don't run into issues often but when I do the site has always tried to at least meet me halfway. But not here! Hopefully you all can help!  I appreciate you trying.

  • I had not any issues either until now. The fact that the site keeps saying that just Bc it doesn't say there is a max cash out in their terms doesn't mean it's unlimited really rubs me wrong. I thought that was the entire point of having terms and conditions so the player would know what to expect and what was expected of us. I was very upset when my $3100 balanace jumped to $300 as soon as my wagering was complete. And form past experience I know 100% it wasn't like this before. I suspect they are wanting to put a MCO on bonuses moving forward but my argument is that you have to put it where your players are informed.

    My apologies Brittney, I was referring to countryluvin and a host of other first time posters at other forums that usually come in with major issues involving staggering sums of money as their first post and we never find out what happens. It's almost like they have a nondisclosure clause with the casino and we just never know if the poster was scamming or if it was just a mixup.

     Please advise the player that when playing with bonus money, any wins revolve until the rollover amount is met. Excess funds are then released to real money which can be withdrawn. Player has only $372.50 which was released to his balance from the bonus.

    The bonuses for casino have a max win cap of 10X, her bonus was of $37.25 meaning she would only receive up to $372.50 in winnings, which was the case. 

     

    Both messages were shared with you in the past days, meaning that this case has been resolved.

  • Why is that not in your terms though? And when did this go into effect?  Because it's not always been the case as I previously stated. I am shocked you all will not even attempt to meet me halfway on this matter. I okay here often and will not be depositing anymore of my money here.

    I have responded on the 28th on this matter. Casino already solved this issue with user Brittney Wolfe:

    The bonuses for casino have a max win cap of 10X, her bonus was of $37.25 meaning she would only receive up to $372.50 in winnings, which was the case. I will be sending another email explaining the customer why this happened so she can have a better understanding. 

    By now the player should have been contacted.

  • There is no better understanding needed!  If it's not listed in their terms and conditions how can they go by this rule?  it's nowhere listed on their site and it's not ever been the case before now!  What do they not get?

  • So my previous issue is where BetOnline terms had nothing listed about 10x max cash out tied to the bonus. They screwed me outbof bonus winnings there. So I have just stopped accepting any bonuses for all three of their sites i deposit at daily. So last week, super slots I asked for a free chip they told me they could give me 200% bonus. For my last deposit. I mentioned that since I had been burned before(coincidentally I only win thousands whenever it's a bonus and they going to rip majority of it away from me) that I didn't accept bonuses anymore. The rep told me that not all bonuses have a max cash out and this particular bonus would not. I had him confirm yet again as I was hesitant to let them do the same thing to me again a second time. He confirmed that my bonus had no max cash out if/when I met the wagering requirement. Which I did, and as soon as I met the requirement immediately $6000 was taken from my balanace. It's so frustrating. We are always at their mercy and they never want to do right by us. I even said I would be super happy if they gave me back half my winnings!  It's so aggravating thinking you are about to cash out a decent amount and be hopeful just to have it all taken away. And for the record, I know for a fact that they have not always had max cash outs on their bonuses. Now they do which is fine but be consistent if ya going to have a max cash out and let your players know so there is minimal disappointment. I have asked a few times for this to make right by me, seeing as this has happened twice recently. And they just do not care at all
