Yes I think it's unfair what they're doing to me ... if I had put in a wrong number for example I gave you the whole reason ... but I forgot to put the number and sent the proof of residence just to update this information and approve both My account as my cash ... so much is that in the other casinos of the group my address is correct ... it was only a lack of attention at the time of typing friend ... once more I urge you to please review my case

I deposit a lot at All Star Slots and at the other club world group ones as well and seem to only have issues with All Star Slots. For one, I dont mind depositing there because of the LCB cash back promotion that they have going on..except they apparently can just pick and choose who they want to credit the cash back to and if not, give some BS reason. Below are the terms of the promotion and what i had commented when they declined my cash back last time. If anyone sees anything that says "too many bonuses will disqualify a person" please let me know. Also, if anyone agrees that by using a deposit match bonus and still losing my entire deposit - have withdrawn $0 - i somehow luck out and am somehow benefiting from the fact that a bonus was added, which i lost, or even if i won, it would have been removed from my balance.

MY RESPONSE:

"Bonus too high compared to deposits" doesnt make any sense. They offer deposit bonuses just like all the other casinos. I deposit but lose, yet the fact that a bonus was used disqualifies me from receiving the cash back that CW, LR, AG, and HN give back?

Since 12/15/16 I have made $594 in deposits, have withdrawn $0, have not received any monthly loyalty nor their daily vip free chips, yet I am not eligible? This promotion allows you to get cash back after $200 in losses and with the $594 lost, I should have been credited $75 when previously requested and another $50 again after $294 more in losses. I do not agree with this nor have i ever really seen anyone else receive that same response.

You have probably read my private message sent to you this morning.  The casino said "decision is final" and the rep will not budge on this.  He says your bonus to deposit ratio is way too high for him to grant any further bonuses.  The only thing I can suggest is to try not use a bonus each time you deposit.  I know that's not what you want to hear but the rep will not move on this.

So, CWC - which untruth is it?  

It's not about the measly $25.  It is the principle. I hate lies. 

Is it worth it CWC and all sister sites to lose a many year very loyal player to lose me over THIS? If so, lesson learned.  I will spend my money at a place that is fair and wants to keep their VIP members.

 There are some things going on at CWG that does not look well for affiliates or players. They have been sold and some of the best reps are leaving the group. I hate to say i see a warning coming about this group but it will probaly come soon. Google is a friend, you can find out a lot.

The max cashout is 10X ($750). I met my playthrough, but while I was playing winnings from a Club World slot tournament were deposited into my account. 

I have made a request for a $750 withdrawal & still have money to play with. 

My question is, since some of this money is from my slot tournament winnings, am I going to have a problem making another withdrawal since the tournament winnings were combined with the cashback monies?

Here is the reply - I quoted your post to them.  The way I see it is, the most you can withdraw is the 10x cashback even with the tourney winnings.

As the maximum cashout is 10x the bonus amount, even if you won again on any game including the tournaments then unfortunately you wouldn’t be able to make a second withdraw, this is due to the winnings still being part of the original bonus.

For example: if you won $1000 on a tournament, withdrew $750 and then played the remaining $250, as the winnings are still tied to the original bonus if you won again that win would also still be tied. However, don’t forget that you can still earn comp points on every wager you make, for every 100 comp points you receive $1 and these can be used just like a deposit so you are not tied. So, I’d recommend still playing the remained and trying to make as much as possible so you can exchange it for the comp point.

Is there something going on with CWC? I deposited a check from them the beginning of April & now today there is some sort of stop payment on the check & most of the money has been withdrawn from my bank account putting me under & subjecting me to fees.

Wow , I read that CWC were having troubles paying some forums and they stopped promoting there casinos... Due to non payment but cancelling a check is a all time low for a casino. Did you contact them ? What did they say ?

If you have any fees or overdraft charges due to the check coming out of your account, please send us a copy of your statement and we will prioritise a reimbursement with minimal fuss.

I don't think my bank would accept another check from them so I don't want to use the courier check option, but the only other option they offer is wire transfer. I know nothing about wire transfers...are they safe?...is there any chance the money could be taken from my account again? I don't think my credit union even has a swift code for me to use the wire transfer option.

They used to offer "paymycard" where they would put the money back on your credit card, but they don't offer it anymore. Is there was any reason they couldn't do it this one time?

We finally got a reply from the casino regarding your payouts. This is what they said: We are using our old processor – it is a safe option.
Also Bank Transfer is 100% safe. If player doesn’t have Swift code she can just enter ‘noswif01’
Also she needs to make sure her credit union does accept international wires.

Hey. I played in this casino with their no deposit bonus for registration.Veyger has passed. My account was verified. I have 900 dollars on my account. You can withdraw as much as 250 dollars. They ask me to deposit $ 35. I can deposit only bitkoins. For me it's a problem. I thought there was something up there.  They use to allow any withdrawal amount, now the minimum withdrawal is $200 AND when you use the bank transfer method they charge you $25 and then you get hit with another $30 fee for what they call "the intermediary bank fee", which by the way they say can be any amount depending on which banks is used. How ridiculous is that? 

That's why I use good ole bitcoins. I'm surprised these casinos are still in business. BTC has really taking off...

The Club World Casino used to be one of the only reputable RTG sites but now every time I try and withdraw its some nonsense or other and it takes forever to get the money.  Not sure if they are out off funds or running low, but it is frustrating last time it took 10 days because they"lost my paperwork" even though I had been a verified member for years.  But I said ok and resubmitted with the staff indicating usually withdrawals don't even take the 48 hours to process and it will be very quick next time.  Fastforward to today, where we are going on day three and they stated, even though they have about 4-5 hours left of work it wont be processed till Monday at the earliest.  So it goes from 48 hours to 6 days again and I highly doubt it will be done on that day.  Its ridiculous, especially since it is a bitcoin withdrawal, so there should be no delay.
