Hello everybody! I have to warn you from playing at Champagne Spins casino. 

I have a problem with “Champagne Spins” casino which, to my knowledge, is a part of SOFTSWISS group of casinos.

I always read the rules before I play with the bonus at any casino. I read Champagne Spins rules very carefully. So I tried not to violate those in any way. I deposited 200 and received 200 bonus. Maximum allowed bet was as low as 5 and that was the bet I have chosen. I got extremely lucky and won 4300 on one of the spins. Now it was almost 8000 in wagering left to be made. I completed the rest of the wagering with 0.45-0.90 bets on the same slot finishing with 3600 balance (minus 700 on wagering).
Later, Champagne Spins casino sent me an email claiming I abused their bonus and violated the rules quoted below:

* Making maximum allowed bets on high variance games in order to increase balance.
* Decreasing stake after big win and switching games.

Regarding the first rule - I played, actually, a MEDIUM variance game (Spring Break) and not a HIGH variance one as the casino claims and uses it for justification of confiscating the winnings. Anybody who knows something about variance of this particular game can easily confirm it.
Second, and this is the most important part, their rules clearly state that one who “decreases the stake AND switches the game” violates the rules. Which means both actions must be taken together in order to make this rule applicable. Otherwise, the casino should have used the word OR instead of AND. I did reduce the bet but I never switched the games. And as such this rule cannot be applied to me. I read the rule carefully before I played and I acted exactly according to it. I knew I was well within the terms.

“When creating your lists, you have two types of logic for multiple criteria: AND and OR.
* Using the AND logic means contacts will need to meet all criteria within that set.
* Using the OR logic means contacts will need to meet at least one criteria or the other criteria.”

P.S. The Champagne Spins casino ALREADY has a very low maximum bet limit of 5. As if that was not enough - they claim an abuse if anybody changes the bets within this already SUPER LOW limit. My opinion , these rules are absolutely PREDATORY. And still, I succedeed not to violate them. Unfortunately , it was also not enough for the Champagne Spins.

 No. Champagne Spins did not send me any proof. They quoted the part of their rules which I quoted above and which is not applicable to my gameplay. And this is the one and only reason they confiscated 3500 euro from me. So, please, address the specific problem without using vague terms like "bonus abuse".

I think the reasons are horrible, I mean they already require a high wagering requirements from the bonus and now saying that you are now allowed to decrease the bets and switching games is prohibited? What?! You must be drunk on champagne when you made these rules.

As you can see in the Champagne Spins Casino Review, these particular rules have already been marked as disadvantageous to players. 

We always consider bonus rules of this nature borderline predatory/rogue, simply because objectively speaking:

Utilizing any of these so called 'abusive' strategies is not advantage play; does not necessarily benefit players in the long run and clashes with the basic premise of the gambling game itself, so as to deny its very purpose and force a player to act against their own best interest. 

I can only advise you to always read our reviews beforehand - they have useful info which may help you avoid unfortunate situations such as this one. 

What a win and quite a pickle you're in right now! I hope you will get this issue resolved soon and in the way you'll find satisfying.

When taking a bonus from our casino it is a gift and should be used as so. 

In any online play it is know that by decreasing your bet after a large win is deemed "abusive" and you are now abusing the bonus given to you.

All that was done here was a large win followed by "grinding" the betting volume which is clearly bonus abuse as per clause 2e below:

2.e. Champagne Spins considers bonuses as gifts and we reserve the right to exclude players from our bonus program, temporarily or definitely, in particular in case of fraud detection or bonus abuse. In such cases, we reserve the right to remove any active or available bonus present on their account as well as deduct from their balance any real money obtained from the bonus wagering completion. If Champagne Spins casino believes you are using bonuses in a way they were not meant to be used, Champagne Spins can take those bonuses away from you and take the bonus money winnings from you as well.

ChampagneSpins is well reviewed on all formus and will continue to be well reviewed as we are a transparent and honourable casino but managments decision on this matter is final.

A gift is something you to give to a person and that person has the right to do whatever he/she likes with it as if it's now his/her belonging which actually is.

Bonuses are not gifts as they stated, many players would think they prolong the gameplay ( which is true ) and some even think it would increase chance of winning ( I disagree ). Bonus rules are changed more often than babies on diapers. Their bonus rules is a guide to winning...for the casino.

Have you ever played Mines Sweeper on Windows? Well, that's where you're going through when you accept their bonuses.

 Yes, the rules themselves are awful. But what is worse - they are applied unfairly. I explained my reasoning to Champagne casino in the email. After that they stopped quoting the rules and changed their tactics to using the vague "bonus abuse" mantra (which is defined as "we (casino) have a full right to define who is a bonus abuser and not to pay out that person. No need for any additional proof").

 Just saw another reply from Champagne Spins. As you see - no more mentioning of the specific rules. Now they use the words like "gift", "bonus abuse", "grinding" etc.

Where did you take this part from? The Bible? According your rules it is PROHIBITED to decrease bet AND change the slot. The AND is the most important part here. It means one should make 2 actions together to violate the rules. I did not change a game. Still you apply the "abuse" label to me. And this is clearly unfair.

Regarding the GIFT definition. It is not a gift since I made 200 euro deposit to get this bonus. It is called BONUS, not a GIFT. If I lost my deposit - I would lose my money. The fact you define deposit bonus as a GIFT tells a lot about your attitude to the players. And what you do is called a robbery.  

Well, this is just sad for both parties, sad for the player for not getting the winnings and sad for the casino for choosing the wrong path. In a way I am glad the complainer posted this matter so we can all be warned about this kinda tricks but the day will come bonus terms must be made fairly for the players. Casinos with ridiculous and unfair bonus terms should have their license revoked.

 Ok, if literally stealing 3600 euro from a player is not a sufficient reason for blacklisting casino - then what is? Should we all wait until the sum of the stolen money will be big enough (at least , 100 k) ? 

 And one more time. I stress that the problem is not in the rules of the casino (although they are  predatory). But the rules are the rules, anyway. The problem, in my case, is that the casino applies it's own (already predatory) rules in an unfair manner. That is called cheating. That is called stealing. And I am quite disappointed with your tolerant stance when dealing with such an outright act of fraud. Will still pursue the case using the other venues.
