    What game did you play in violation of said rules? You gotta include what they're referring to so we can have a more meaningful discussion. Was it Keno? Lol. I never mess with Deposit bonuses because of the tiny rules we all sometimes fail to see. Clean, no strings attached deposits are always the safest way to go about getting your winnings with no anxiety or fear they'll pull some bs. I want to be on your side but gotta show us the terms of this particular bonus :p good luck. Regardless 

  • I mean regardless though she said she was using the 35% no rules deposit bonus...... I don't see why they would call it a no rules bonus if indeed there is rules..... especially when those rules can cost you your entire winning balance..... not to mention poor girl deposited like 20 times in a single week..... smh that sucks, honestly I couldn't imagine how pissed off I would be from that. 
     

    That's why I stay away from all of their deposit bonuses though..... they only seem to cause more harm to players then any actual good, like I doubt that extra 35 % did anything for her except cost her first actual win for that week.   • Please notice in the attached pictures of the emails you guys changed my vip status hence making me not get it.  When asked about the change I was giving multiple different answers all that were lies. I have those emails as well. If you would like to see them one Guy said can I change VIP status on the first one Guy said my VIP status was changed on the 28th one, Guy said my VIP status was changed on the fourth so which one was it?

    Email documentation of all of this all I want was what was mine. This is taking way too much work and this is getting way out of control and you're just gonna lose a customer.   • Although I’m sure LCB has more than capable staff. No, I am not a paid actor, but I had similar issues with an RTG casino. It was a bit slow, but they eventually got a evasive organization to pay me out. I'm sorry this happened to you. Because something similar happened to me, I ended up screenshotting correspondence and requesting message transcripts between you and customer service. They can't say, "Oh, you can do that, of course," and then use it as a reason to deny your earnings. Shame on them.

  • Thank you so much for the reply to my post. I always have my cap locks on for work, lol...but seemed appropriate because I am so angry. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks, and the umpteenth time in all the time I've played here that this has happened. I stopped playing the excessive % bonuses with impossible playouts. I started using the NO RULES...because no matter what they invent a make-believe rule if you manage to make it through the play-through. This is straight up theft in the most egregious manner. Both casino and LCB rep here have stopped replying. I'll take partial blame for not controlling my anger...I will not stand for theft from a casino I have pumped more money than I even want to know, and these flying pig moments when you can actually walk away with .00001% of the money you've put in? I am beside myself. Thank you for the advice, I will do that now. What is the point of the casino at all? It's the most expensive make-believe casino I've ever played at. I literally do better at the free sites.

  • Right. The No rules bonus but later finding out that the bonus is sticky and you need to make 2x the amount just to cash out clause. Playing at any RTG casino requires you to channel your inner attourney. It really forces you to read before you sign because of stuff like this. This is mainly why I don't really deposit huge amounts at any RTG casinos. 

  • No, the bonus was no longer active, as I had cashed out all that I had intended and play-through was met. You know what I find hilarious? All of those games are locked until your bonus requirements are met. I was very careful to take my winnings and make sure they were in transit before I attempted to open those games. All that was left in my casino account was enough money to cover the $16 bonus I wouldn't be able to cash out anyway and $34 (my original deposit was $46) for entertainment play. Do you really think I had any intention of cashing out when I know full well it Yabby would never let that happen? Guess what did happen- I was able to open and play those previously locked during wager requirements and lose the money that wasn't mine anymore anyway. Hmmmm, seems I was set up to fail. Please return what is rightfully mine. This is unacceptable.

    You guys stole my money and now you want to say that due to your T&C but you have deposited less than $10 in my account before and you have support staff saying that if it's just a little under then that's OK..  Well who determines if i t is a little under? it shouldn't matter if it is $.01 or $5.00 below the $10 your T&C state it won't be deposited to your account but you guys obviously don't follow that guideline so how is anyone supposed to take that seriously when the company doesn't?  So I strongly suggest you figure out how to credit my account with the money I deposited.
