    You will get the 10 free spins tomorrow (providing you have logged in today), you will be able to use them without depositing. 

    After the free spins, to start the wagering you would need to make a depsoit.

    I contacted casilando casino to request my 50 free spins of welcome no deposit, however they said that this promotion does not exist.. is false

    I got in touch and talked to several different attendants and they all say the same thing.

    I would like to ask the LCB moderator to check this.

    they still haven't responded?? I think they are taking advantage of you with this fake promotion.

    We still haven't heard from the rep. Please note that most of the casino reps don't work during Christmas holidays so I doubt we'll get the answer soon. We'll let you know as soon as we hear from the rep.

    I contacted support 10 days ago via chat..a ticket was opened but they never replied...

    i think they are not honoring this promotion... i sent a screenshot to them they say the promotion does not exist and is not valid.

  • So they probably closed the promo without letting us know. We'll check with the rep what's going on. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    I understand that they have no interest in clarifying the issue.. I sent an email on December 22nd and was never replied to... this means that it is not safe to deposit at this casino

    We finally reached someone from their team since the rep who is in charge of our account hasn't replied our emails yet. They are checking if the promo is valid and they also ask for your casino username and email address, please private message me

    The casino rep looked into it and he stated that the promo offer is not eligible for players from Brazil. They didn't inform us of the restricted countries change so we didn't update the forum post. We are waiting for the correct list so we can update the bonus info accordingly.
