  • Hello guys! I need your help to resolve an issue with BonkersBet, please help me! They're taking advantage on me.

    I though BonkersBet was an honest housebetting, but I can't believe that anymore.

    I registered on BonkersBet around June, at the time I found them on a website of a blackjack youtuber called ''Abzock21'' (which has bonkersbet has his favorite live casino).

    Before I register I always check their information so I know I won't have problems in the future. When I registered Portugal players were available, and so I did register to enjoy their promos.

    My first deposit was on 15/06/2019, and I even made another in the next day. 

    Believe me, if Portugal wasn't available I would never made any deposit there, because I would never been able to withdraw any winnings, and that is the same as throwing money in the toilet. Don't you think?

    Yesterday I made a valid deposit of 20€ using 200% bonus (promo I received via email) it's funny they kept sending me promos emails but never told me that Portugal was gonna be deducted from their site. Without any warning, they kept allowing my deposits.

    Even my documents (which of course are from Portugal) have been sucessfully verified by them  long before on this dates:

    Even today I submitted my ID again because the first one wasn't very clear because of the flash, my utility bill, everything that was asked and it all got verified! This was before I asked live support for information.

    Portugal was available on their site three, two, or even one month ago. I don't really know if they changed it now just because I hitted a x4336 multiplier on Dragon's Fire Megaways and so they didn't had to pay me.

    If they didn't accept players from Portugal, why did they had that option when I registered?

    The most impressive thing is that since Portugal ''disappeared'', the country on my profile suddently changed to afghanistan (first on the list) which was NOT!

    I think this is a very bad move from them and really bad for their reputation.

    I have screenshots of everything, chat talks, my winnings, my deposits made, my documents being verified (ID, bank details, etc). My withdraw pending (even my bank shows country: Portugal) I have a screenshot of that aswell.

    They don't accept players from portugal, but you can do a bank transfer to portugal... very interesting.

    Yesterday when I submitted the withdraw they just told me to upload my missing documents (credit card used to make 20€ deposit) normally and everything was ok. And all the sudden, today, I contacted live support chat and he told me that they were checking it.. all of the sudden after closing conversation he goes ''are you still there?'' and then just told me that managment informed him Portugal players are no longer available on their site, and that they were gonna send me an email next week. (I tried to contact them, but why next week if it's still friday?)

    I think they already made it impossible to log into my account since it's always ''loading''... after I try to login.

    But I made sure to take all the proofs before that.

    Please guys, I can provide you all the proofs, I have everything. I can guarantee they always accepted players from Portugal and all of the sudden it's not possible anymore.

    I need your help to get my winnings, I don't know what to do... I've been clearly scammed or they're trying to.. void my payment.

    I completed the bonus wager and final balance was: 2200€

    I made my first withdraw of 995€ (it's the daily limit)

    I wonder what they're gonna say next week, but this is not fair!

    Please help me i'm poor and this was so good for me, i don't want to be scammed sad

  • Well from what i know (take it or leave it) the bonuses are pre-determined as the casinos decides the settings of their promotions. Some will give wagers that often are beaten but give low payout other casinos will have them set to go straight to 0 most of the time but sometimes hit huge. Casinos using that set up make it very easy to scam players as most will lose and a few win huge meaning the casino only have to deal with a few players that try to withdraw making it very easy to prevent players from cashing out the return of their promotion while a casino that give smaller return to more players would have to deal with many players to acheive the same result. That kind of set up is seen in most casinos that are filling up the complaints sections of the forums including the bitcoin casinos that would give such set up as americans on vpn would play on meaning they let the players deposit and cash out small then once they hit a huge one they bring in the multiple accounts on same IP (vpn) and boom gg. It's a common practice. Isn't it crazy that it can be a "common practice" while it's literally fraud and thievery and if there was any kind of real regulation and authorities such places should be shut down and investigated right away. But something amazing with online gambling is it seems they are outside the law, on another planet lol.

    I feel like they changed it today so they could void my payment... Even the bank account was still in Portugal as you can see in the screenshots, yesterday when I did the withdraw.

    I really hope LCB can help me on this one.

    I never heart of LCB before but i'm glad I found it and i'm happy that these sites exist and protect us because nowadays casinos just really want to scam people, all they want is their deposits and them to lose money. When we win, things like this happens... :/

    I'm an honest person, I always played blackjack there without any troubles, I even did some sports bet. It's sad to feel they've

    Tho I think BonkersBet lost all the reason on this one, for months they let me deposit, play, deposit again... blabla...

    I had like 6 deposits on total.

  • I remember each time i won huge on these casinos, they would rush to ask me all ID's like they were expecting me to not provide them or something to then feel like they are disappointed when i provide my canadians ID's lol. I have many american friends that play online and years ago before i figure out how the industry works i was wondering why my american friends were hitting such monsters while my canadian friends and i playing on "normal" casinos would never hit that. Then with time spent playing and on forums i slowly started figuring out what was happening hehe. People really hate when i say the wagers are pre-determined but they are. Casinos are a business and they have to calculate the cost of their promotions so they can be profitable. If they were truly random they couldn't give such bonuses as they would risk being busted at any time. On a logic side, for people needing more explanations, if you are a bank and a company wants a loan to start a casino you will require guarantees. No bank would loan a single casino if it had a chance to go busto by the first luckbox that enter the place. That's why the entire thing is controled. It's like playing a simulation of randomness and nothing more. Especially since most casinos are small with low traffic they don't have enough players to even the swings of true randomness. Side advantage for them to run a controled game is they have an algorythm set to create events that will trigger the player "bad habits". Such as giving dead spins on purpose to run balance to 0 and then hit big on last spin to create the magical thinking that you can win big even with last spin which create in the player the habit of going to 0$ balance.. wallet ... bank acocunt. It will give huge wins on bigger bet after a player ripped all he got to entice the player into increasing bet when running bad so that he loses more etc. The entire thing is a computer manipulating the player to turn him into a comlete degen out of control. Therapies says players become out of control degens by themselves because they are bad or whatever while in fact it's the algorythm playing with the head of the player and turning him into that. Just like live roulette will always land your numbers when you rip to put in your head the belief that if you had  a bigger balance you wouldve made it while you wouldnt.. what lands when you are not betting is nothing more than a simulation meant to mess with your head. Then you go with bigger balance... and lose.

    I can tell how one can test and see for himself everything i say but usually players say no and just leave lol. Sad cauz it's extremely easy to test and see. The algorythm doesn't think. It's a computer and it doesn't know if you are testing or not so it will still behave like it,s programmed to if you test it meaning it's very easy to demonstrate all i have said above. Which makes me wonder who is the authority regulating or auditing them as if a player on his own can demonstrate it.. what are they doing?  I'm not the only one, there are groups of players that figured it out too. Like a complaint here of a player that casino dont want to pay cauz he won too much. He obviously figured the algorythm and how it reacts to trigger big win and abused it all over the place and casino know the system is built in a way that it shouldnt happen ever so they know what the player did but they can't say why they dont want to pay him because the algorythm is random right! Funny to see a casino spin in circles trying to justify how they know it's not legit but unable to really say why so they would say stuff like "it's mathematically impossible!" lol if it was truly random nothing would be mathematically impossible and it's a big red flag right in your face that what im saying is true. Sometimes some casinos not wanting to pay look suspicious and we wonder why or think they are scam but in fact they just know how the system is built and know that it's impossible that the player won like that and know he probably played the algorythm and manipulated it. It's funny that casinos complain that a player do to them what they are doing to the players haha.. scammers getting scammed is so funny and satisfying.

    I really think they changed their T&C only after my win. Without any alert!

    ''Unverified documents'' are only 2 images of an virtual card I used to make a deposit. They were proceeding at before they told me about restriction.

    I'm more than happy to announce that BonkersBet and I have reached an agreement.
    The final decision was that my account would be deactivated, as bonkersbet no longer accepts players from Portugal, but the amount in my account would be paid.
    I want to thank bonkersbet for their honesty and speed in resolving the case. I inform that Bonkersbet replied as early as Monday and I received confirmation that I would be paid the full amount of 2200€ (which I already received) but I just had time to post today.
    I also want to regret the fact that I was quick to complain because as Bonkersbet said, they never said they wouldn't pay me, they just said to wait until Monday for an answer.
    It's sad my account got disabled as it is a very good gambling site ... But as I said there is nothing we can do.
    I just have to thank bonkersbet for everything, and hope to see you one day again.
