  • Bobby Casino is refusing to let me withdraw. I got the $200 new member bonus, played the $6000 required playthrough, plus at least another $1000, they've already taken the $200 back out for the bonus completion, so it's done. I even deposited $20+ of my own money through bitcoin. They verified my photo ID, but wouldn't accept my T-Mobile or Verizon bills for address verification. I live with my dad, who pays the utilities, so they are in his name. Bobby Casino requested a bank statement for address verification. PayPal doesn't have the address on their statements, and the only other banking I use is Cash App. I sent my June bank statement from Cash App, which includes my physical address. They then responded that they don't accept Cash App bank statements. This has been going on for almost a month, over both email and live chat, and what it comes down to is they are refusing to pay out.

  • I've come to the conclusion this site is run by lying crooks preying on the unknowing and hoping to make a quick cash grab. The website states wagering complete "yes" but now they said I don't met the wagering requirements. I guess they don't have enough money to properly code the website??

  • After reviewing the site more they don't even offer the $200 free chip promotion and are modifying the website terms etc.. no wonder they don't want to pay out and are making up additional playthru requirements.

  • What does it mean virtual account of statement? It's Cash App, all the statements are online. I can send you a copy of what I sent them, it even has my routing number. I didn't even deposit with a card, I deposited Bitcoin. I understand having to provide KYC, though their statement regarding Bitcoin deposits says that it helps maintain privacy. If I print out the downloaded bank statement from June, and take a picture of it(multiple pages) would that be sufficient?

  • The first address verification document I sent them was a bill from T-Mobile. I switched to Verizon about a month ago, but the last bill from T-Mobile was in June and had my physical address. I have now sent them the PDF from my June Verizon bill, which was paid as of July 3. I will update you as soon as I receive a response

  • I finally received a response email from Bobby Casino. It informed me that my internet bill doesn't meet their requirements. I'm including a screenshot of their response, with the date clearly visible. There have made changes to their T&C. I requested a withdraw before they changed those T&C's. You checked them yourself recently, in order to tell me what documents were allowed to verify my identity. 

    I had over $1,000 at some point that I could have withdrawn. I chose to keep playing, and only draw 320(they claim their max daily withdrawal is $500, but the payout request won't let you enter more than $320.) I still have 320 on the account. I requested it in BTC and its still pending upon KYC approval. I don't think they're going to pay me. They are changing all their terms and conditions, they're changing their promotions, they're doing everything to cover their butts in regards to payouts and KYC. They may prevent me from receiving the money they owe me, but they can't stop me from posting about them on FB, Twitter, reddit, and every casino review site I find, in all possible regions. These won't be baseless claims. I have screenshots and e-mails to back up everything. Web users all over the world will learn and share how Bobby Casino treats people that deposit money to their site.

  • I get lots of emails from Amelia the casino rep asking me to make a deposit. 😂😂 I would never deposit to this casino! This casino is either a giant scam or bankrupt 

  • Bobby Casino approved my KYC after a week but its been almost 7 months and Ive never received my deposit. I went to chat and even asked if I needed to make a deposit and do another play though  Standard answer was the withdrawal team will get to my request soon.  I went back daily for a month and even go back when i think of it time to time but still no winnings. I know they've been black listed on a lot of sites and have no certification or license.   I finally just gave up.  I mean I'm sure not going to make a deposit to a casino that lies from the start.

Shortly afterwards, I received an email(screenshot below) I *think*  means it's going to let me withdraw it?
