Was a tad skeptical of this one when I first came across it.

I've been trying to withdraw 0.88btc winnings for months now.  After 2 months delay with no explanation, I had to bug them on livechat to find out it was because of a 3rd party investigation.   Went back after another month to check on the withdrawal, and they had closed my account without even notifying me.  This casino stole my money.
