I have already sent this photo 2 times before and 2 times this photo was accepted and approved. Today I again took a new photo with documents and sent it. I contacted the support wich says me they are sorry and i have to wait. After that they dont answer me any more. Only a bot says me "one more time?" And " i dont understand please elaborate".
