In one minute (60 seconds) it is impossible to place so many bets (35 that he was placing) without a mistake. When it comes to the built-in auto-place mechanism, this would've been possible in case that the player was placing the same bets all the time, but his bets were changing."

Our team has also tested this and investigated it further and we agree with the casino.

Therefore, we consider this case resolved. 

Apparently you took the casino's word, without real verification.
1. I have already been checked several times in 9 years and have never had any complaints against me. And after my luck turned to me for the 10th year of the game, the casino canceled payments and blocked me.
2. One bet even taking into account the built-in auto-delivery mechanism takes at least 3 seconds.
That is, it is impossible to make 35 bets in 60 seconds and I did not make them. And then it is all the more stupid, since it does not guarantee a win.
