    Hi Sarah! This is regarding BetVictor's Stanley Cup giveaway. I've sent a direct message to BetVictor on Twitter yesterday with my details in order to claim the $100 prize however they haven't replied back to me yet. I've also contacted live chat with Eli. Eli suggested that I wait it out until BetVictor replies back to me on Twitter. I'm actually getting worried that the time frame of 24hrs may exceed due to the delay. I also hold a screenshot of the Twitter chat in question.

    Please be advised the BetVictor Casino is blacklisted on our website and we discontinued our partnership a long while back. We may not have the influence to escalate your complaint for this given Casino and our contact list may be outdated. However, we will shoot our shot and contact them and see if they respond. Keep you posted on this forum thread if anything surfaces.
