I have problems with your casino. I deposited and used welcome offer with 200 free spins but i never received the free spins. I contact support multiple times but they always escape the thing by telling me to email support that obviously i did but would never reply. I contact support again and tell them the support email isn't replying and what they answer is "email support". Am i talking to robots?

While going around my account i noticed that in the deposit section the system offers me first deposit bonus again like i never deposited. Maybe that is the problem.
