Registered from the forum! Made a deposit and lost. I made a deposit again and won. The account is not verified, additional documents are constantly requested. Very problematic casino.

He provided a passport, a residence permit.
Additional documents selfie, birth certificate. A letter came that one of the documents is required again - a foreign passport, or a driver's license, or a birth certificate. But earlier I sent a birth certificate, because there is no foreign passport and driver's license.

We will be closing this complaint due to the submitter's inactivity. 

Bet sofa is stalling withdrawal for weeks ($4200). Completed their verification process, withdrew Winnings successfully. Won again, now they are re-requesting documents to verify my identity.  I've sent through two government issued documents and they are still requesting more.

They are also stating that they're unable to pay me my winnings using bitcoin as their bitcoin service is unavailable??? Serious stalling tactics. 

I don't know what to do ???
