    Casino Rep do not answer, sent twice my document for verification but received this email:

    We would like to remind you that your Betrebels account has been Suspended .

    Please note that in accordance to the requirements of our Maltese Gaming licence, in order to verify and activate your account, it is required by the rules that you send us a copy of your passport or a valid identification document, as well as a proof of address (such as a recent utility bill of Electricity, Water, Heating, Gas, Telephone or Internet).

    Fortunately, I have not made a deposit

    Betrebels like any casino has a KYC department that is trying to do its job in the best possible way. They have replied to your email and requested some additional documents. Please provide those documents to them to activate your account.

    I sent a copy of my identity card but he asked me to send a copy of my passport too.

    however, I received an email from [email protected] who asked me to send a copy of passport or a valid identification document.

    My passport is no longer valid, validity date completed.

    An identity card is required to justify his identity but the passport is a travel document.

  • hi, i have a problem with Rebels Gaming Limited and casino winmasters which has the same licence with BetRebels Casino in Greece.

    The casino has agreed to refund my deposits since there was a self exclusion matter with betrebels since April but Rebels Gaming Limited hasnt fully refunded me yet. They said they would refund me in installments ( which i found really strange) but since June they stopped giving my money back to  me. They gave me back only a small amount from my deposits.

    Rebels Gaming Limited not only accepted my deposits that they shouldnt, breaking the responsible gambling rules, but they dont want to give me my deposits back although they agreed that they were wrong.

    Can the rep help?

  • I registered an account at betrebels.com.
    Deposited and played then won.
    I first emailed my bill and id to [email protected] twice last february.
    Then I emailed again last march my bill and passport.
    I emailed the about it but I did not get reply.
    They rejected the bill so I sent new bank statement.
    But they rejected the bank statement which is original bank statement in original format.
    I have been emailing [email protected]
    and [email protected].
    Also live chat offline so I send many messages but no reply.
    I sent multiple bill to verify my address but they do not reply back about it.
    My account balance is 25 euros which I won last february and today is the month of may.
    I lost all contact to them and now they suspended my account.
    Please help me contact them.

    I have a long standing issue with betrebels.

    I won a 1000 with my own deposited money.

    They asked me to provide

    - Passport

    - Driver license

    - utility bill

    -picture holding my id

    -6 months hisotry of skrill

    - proof of deposit method to skrill

    - 6 months history or my deposit method to skrill

    I provided all of this to them. No out come and keep asking me for more documents. They just did like I won 1 million euro. as it's only a small deposit and a small win.

    I hope the forum can help me find out what they actually trying to do.
