Having read the comments on this thread I'm absolutely terrified. I have a pending withdrawal that has been pending since last week Tuesday. I have tried to communicate with them but they keep saying that they will communicate once they have an update. I'm terrified now because I desperately need this money. It's 22nd October today and whenever I try to contact the support, I get told that my account is under risk investigation. Hi. Could you please delete the image that I uploaded in the message that Ive quoted, which I sent in August? It showed my email address and someone who saw it just sent me an email, which I was not thrilled about. Apologies if this is an inconvenience since the error was mine. As for my withdrawal it was eventually processed months later.

I have tried to contact them again, but received again same copy paste message.
It is pretty obvious they are trying to make me cancel withdrawal request as I did few cancellations of withdrawal requests in past, but there is not single chance I will give up.
Waiting payment and than closing account forever.
