  • Berks I want you to know that investigation was carried out last two weeks by them before paying me 1k dollar,I withdrew 2k dollar after that and it was cancelled by them,then I withdrew more than 2k dollars last week and they locked my account.Why do they keep punishing customers,am really tired of all this.

  • Berks good morning,its already a week,is betobet telling me that they cant finish an investigation within one week especially when I didn't break any rule.I guess they are purposely delaying my withdrawal by locking my account.I have not seen when an investigation takes upto a week with my experience.Am I suppose to be given a time frame on when the investigation will be over andy account unlocked.Please assist me.

  • Hello dear support, good luck, I registered on the betopet site about a few months ago, deposited money, placed a bet and completed the verification process successfully.  I also withdrew money.  Sometimes I was winning and sometimes I was losing. I had a balance of about 1600 dollars, but whatever happened, towards the end of June the betting limits became quite low.  It was too low to play, so I said I wanted to withdraw my money.  I made a withdrawal request and a withdrawal of 300 dollars was made. I wanted to withdraw the entire amount of 1232 dollars. I submitted the withdrawal request, but only 300 dollars was deposited and 932 was blocked, and my account was also locked.  So I contacted live support and they said that they detected risky movements without giving any reason.  I have no idea which risky moves were the subject of this bet, because they did not say anything, the conversations with live support lasted until July 5th. I sent an e-mail on July 5th.  I did not receive any response until a few days ago, so you contacted live support again, I sent an e-mail again, as far as I understand, I will not get any results, so I started researching the complaint channels, your channel seemed to be the most appropriate.  I did nothing except bet at the odds determined by the site and within the limits determined by the site.     There is no general timeframe, until we get any useful information regarding the complaint we are not able to help you. We have sent a several reminders to Casino Rep, so the whole appeal depends on their responsiveness.

  • I personally think that betobet is hiding under the sheets of investigation to delay my withdrawal payment,I have not seen where account investigation takes more than two weeks,I hope that new customers are seeing all this so as not to fall into this trap.Now we are two here requesting for what we won and they are ignoring us, please people beware of BETOBET.

  • Hello dear Berks, First of all, I would like to thank you for your interest and efforts.  However, even though I have not violated any rules, this site called betobet, which has closed my account since July 5th and literally confiscated my balance (932 dollars), neither responded to my e-mails nor could I get any results through live support. I am trying to solve this problem without losing my good will, but this site In other words, Betopet continues to act as if it is a fake site and a fraudster.  If this problem is not resolved by this Friday, I will not hesitate to spread the word on all social platforms and sites such as truspilot, along with all other Betopet victims, that Betobet is a fake site and a fraud.  I will apply to licensing related organizations and units.  Once again, I would like to thank you for your efforts and efforts, and I would like to consult with you one last time and ask you to please contact me, thank you in advance.
