Hi!
I need some help with an issue with betobet casino.
Last saturday 28th january i sign up yo this casino, and filled the information that they ask for, and Made the 1st. DEPOSIT with SPEI as deposit método, the money was substracted from My bank account and it was never CREDITED to My players account in this casino ,it appears as PENDING, ( screenshots of the payment from My bank account and the PENDING status in the casino account) i told them about the issue and also that it does not made a first good impression, they Say that they will tell the corresponding department, i ask for a date to this to be fix, and they said that they will contact me by email, last night ibask for an UPDATE in the issue, and i got this answer " We sent this to the corresponding department ,we will contact You by email"
As you can see nobody is capable of provide an answer UPDATE, that is why i'm asking for your help!
Could you please help me with this matter?
