    Hello Dears, I hope you're doing well! Could you please help me with my case as I have a pending withdraw request from the 8th of April and BetoBet website is refusing to approve my request as I won 17,000 USD. 

    It's totally spam and no body is responding from the support email and every time I ask the customer support they tell me they are still investigating in my account and they will get back to me!

    Now my account is locked! It's totally SPAM! 

    DON'T YOU EVER TRY THIS WEBSITE AND DEPOSIT MONEY IN IT!

  • Hey guys. Hope everyone is well. I have a similar issue whereby I signed up, deposited over 1k, played slots and some sports bets and won happened to win 2.8k. I withdrew this back to same crypto wallet I deposited from. I was then asked for KYC, including a selfie, which I sent. They informed me I was fully verified and my funds would be paid out within 3 working days. The 3rd working day came and I reached out asking where my funds were and they said that Risk investigation is taking place, same as other complaints I read here. I would never have known this if I didn't reach out myself. I have played normally, not even played any live casino. Only real cash was used, no bonuses at all. There is no real justification I can see for the investigation or extra delay, as I am verified. Can you maybe speak to the rep and help me sort this please guys as don't want months passing as has happened with other cases. Thanks in advance!

    I need some help with an issue with betobet casino.

    Last saturday 28th january i sign up yo this casino, and filled the information that they ask for, and Made the 1st. DEPOSIT with SPEI as deposit método, the money was substracted from My bank account and it was never CREDITED to My players account in this casino ,it appears as PENDING, ( screenshots of the payment from My bank account and the PENDING status in the casino account) i told them about the issue and also that it does not made a first good impression, they Say that they will tell the corresponding department, i ask for a date to this to be fix, and they said that they will contact me by email, last night ibask for an UPDATE in the issue, and i got this answer " We sent this to the corresponding department ,we will contact You by email"

    As you can see nobody is capable of provide an answer UPDATE, that is why i'm asking for your help!

     

    Could you please help me with this matter?
