  • Bet beast refusing to pay my withdrawal of $1200 because I cannot supply them with a screenshot of my bank card numbers, the transaction to them, the date and merchants name. Such a screenshot doesn't exist. It's the 12/4 and they want me to view "latest transactions" and send a screenshot of a transaction made on 8/4 but after page 1 my name and all the rest of it is no longer visible. 
     

    First they asked me for a bank statement with the transaction as well as my name and address visible, like they did the first time I withdrew from their casino, which I supplied them with. But all of a sudden that wasn't enough so they've asked me for something that is fumdimentally impossible to get.

    • ID card, passport, driver's license, or any similar government-issued document
    • Proof of address
    • Proof of deposit
    • Video verification
    • Phone verification
    • Additional procedures potentially required

    Please remove the email comment, no need to show your personal info. I had actually found you and was already following your case but I see that you requested cashout today, I don't see previous cashout requests for this amount on the 8th.

    So this is the issue, if you want I can also send you a detailed email to follow up.

    Basically you used a different payment method through Google Pay so they want a screenshot of the transaction on the 8th and the front photo of the bank card. I had a chat with the team. 

    Please send the following and I'll see to get you verified and WL processed immediately. I marked it in red so it doesn't get lost in the long message.

    Could you please ask him to upload the card and the screesnhot from his mobile app with card number visible? For the card you just need to show the first 6 and last 4 digits and your name and surname on the card.

    If you require any examples let me know and I'll send you via email how it should look.

    Also. if you would like me to suspend your account for the time being until the withdrawal is processed let me know, so you don't get tempted to gamble your wins. I can reactivate you as soon as the WL is processed, up to you, I just want you to get all your wins that's all.

  • Hahah so even though the card numbers are there, more than what they ask for, they can deny it? That's outrageous 😂. I will show the expiry date this time too just to be safe 

  • It's actually for security measures, that's why they don't allow the full card number.
