    The client expressed a wish for the account to be sent to a separate mail. In accordance with the requirements, he had to go through the deactivation procedure: write a letter on the envelope and fill it out KYC.
    We understand your situation and already debited your account a week ago without going through the necessary procedure.
    At the moment, the first complaint from the player was refused by the licensee, as the conditions and requirements of the player were not violated from our side.

    As you are aware, I have all of the evidence of the correspondence exchanged between you and me. I did everything requested by you, including your delays ans constant breach of ToS.

    So, if I successfully did everything requested, why didn't you follow through with your obligations? Why do you keep providing Untruthful information, everytime this subject is brought upon you? I have provided you with the evidence to back up my claims, but you have always failed to provide any evidence to back your claims. Even in the dispute, you DO NOT provide any evidence to support any of your claims. I even said, I would provide anything you requested for you to investigate, but you denied and rejected, obviously because you know I speak the truth and nothing but the truth, and I can vouch for everything I say with evidence to support my claims

    Also, you constantly breach your Own Terms of service and Mishandle void bets. May I remind you that, you terms of service say a player can self-exclude for the amount of time he wishes, Between 3 months and forever, but you do not allow a player to exclude for anything over than 1 year? 

    May I also remind you, I have Transcripts of the conversation of BetandYou promising the refund of the Voided bets, and then proceed to say 10 days later there will be no refund?

    Unfortunately, I do not agree with this, and have extensive evidence to prove otherwise. 

    I requested several times if it was possible to limit my deposits to control my spendings, you replied "Its not possible to limit deposits". I had Bets that resulted in error, and I lost my money, according to your ToS, Error= Void. I contacted customer service and was told I would get a refund in 48 hours. I waited 10 days and never received a refund. After 10 days, customer chat told me, "There is no error, therefore there is no refund"

    May I also remind you, that you changed your version of the events 2 times now, 1st you claimed I indeed sent everything requested but you proceeded to say, i denied your offer for the measures you offered ( Something that is so Untruthful it hurts me to read it), when I asked you for proof, you didn't provide any. After that, you changed your story to, I didn't contact you ever and you didn't received any request from me. It's obvious that you changed your story to this, because if you claim, there isn't any conversation or request, you don't have to provide any proof because supposedly there isn't any. Unfortunately for you, I have recorded and screenshot all emails and chat conversations with support, no matter what unfounded claim you make, I can provide evidence that it's not true.

    Is this what you call, treating customers fairly and doing everything within the legal frameworks? 

    Just to finish the matter, I tried resolving my dispute/complaint with you several times before coming to ADR Departments and Forums, you Always rejected to look at my complaint and provided unsatisfactory answers everytime. If you act within the legal framework and have nothing to hide, why didn't you open an investigation to my complaint, or tried to get the facts straight? Instead you dismissed it and provided several wrongful and deceitful information. 

  • The tricks BetandYou uses to Delay and hinder players from applying responsible gaming measures. Their ToS say 1 thing, but they request you to do another thing, and something that is supposed to take 24-48H, takes over 1 week to complete, and it's not even completed because they do not allow you to complete. 

    Betandyou ToS:

    1st - Send an email to [email protected] to get your account limited/self-excluded

    2nd - [email protected] will ask you questions and time for to self-exclude

    3rd - after answering everything, Support will redirect you to Block department 

    4th - Block department will ask the exact same questions ( why do I need to message Support and answer all their questions, if they will just pass me through to Block department and ask me the exact same questions? This is obviously Hindering and delaying to comply with a compliance procedure something that is considered against CCRG2022 ARTICLE 3, 2.g, 2.r, 2.u

    5th - After you answer everything for the 2nd time, BetandYou will tell you , you can't self-exclude for anything over than 1 year, and they will give you only 3 options, 1 month, 6 months or 1 year. ( General conditions Explicitly say you can choose any amount of time, including up to 5 years or forever) 

    Are you still claiming you act according with the laws and rules? This is just a fraction of what I have collected that you breached over the course of 2 years... 

    In 6+ years of using Online casinos and sportsbook, I have never felt cheated as much as I have been with BetandYou, and I have never had as much evidence as I have now to prove what I am saying.

  • Let me he clear, I never once complained about any problem with withdrawals. Also, I have said and I have no problem saying, that their withdrawals are indeed fast and personally I didn't have a problem verifying myself. I understand how casinos operate, so I understand what's normal for them to ask, and I provide ID when requested to verify my account without a problem. 

    But I can say, without a doubt, BetAndYou has breached several Terms of Services with me. And I have proof to back it up. I am happy if your experience with them was good, but mine wasn't, mine was the worst i ever had. Maybe if they were honest and a casino of their word, maybe I wouldn't be complaining, but unfortunately this is not the case.

    So many problems that i encountered with BetandYou, Customer service is absolutely awful, my Sportsbook for Betting, they tampered with my Odds and Limits for betting after i won 3-4 Bets in a row, my Odds are 10-15% lower than normal, and i have a limit of 3-7€ per bet in a lot of sportsbetting events. The casino has several errors, which i understand that it happens, but the least they could do, is refund the money when the players encounters the error, as it is written in their ToS, an Error = void stake, but theyrefuse to refund money i lost due to their errors. Despite all of this, despite complaining about the several problems I have faced, they never tried to solve my problems, and dismissed every single one of them. Bear in mind that I lost hundreds of Euros because of their errors in the casino,where I had the evidence, and they said they would refund me, because they acknowledged the error and then proceeded to say 10 days later, they wouldn't refund anything. If you think this is something a good casino would do, you are very wrong my friend.

  • None of my complaints is unsubstantiated, everything I am complaining, I can provide evidence to back it up. I took all my problems to BetAndYou and asked for a solution, I sent my complaint to them before coming to LCB or any other forum, they dismissed my complaint without even reading. They said I had provided insufficient evidence, I asked, what more evidence do you need me to provide? They just started copy and pasting their messages and never read my emails, just automatically replied with the same message several times, and in case you don't believe, I will show the conversation here of my attempt at sending them the complaint. All they had to do, was take a look at my complaint, and try to solve it, but unfortunately they never tried to solve anything or even take a look at my complaint and problems that I faced multiple times with them.

    Although I do appreciate your time and effort to adress my complaint, Unfortunately, you are a little too late. To be exact, you are 1.5 Years too late. My responsible gaming rights were mishandled and neglected, and my Void Bets were not refunded even though it was said by you, they would be refunded. Due to all of this, I am seeking Compensation for the deposits and for the Bets that were not refunded due to errors on your part. This is the only possible and fair outcome/resolution.

    Kindly note that, I am not seeking anything related to damages or unrealized profits or anything else, I am only seeking what's rightfully mine, being the deposits from the Neglect and hinder of Responsible gaming conduct and the bets that were not refunded, even after you have said they would be refunded.

    As i said previously, This is not enough, blocking my account 1.5 Years later, and not refunding any Mishandled void bet, is not an acceptable outcome. 

    I was hoping for a solution through mediation or ADR with BetAndYou, but since BetAndYou has refused try and come with a solution, all I have left Is pursuing my dispute with your License provider and then through the Court of First instance in Curaçao with the Help of SBGOK, which I am already in touch with, as I have showed you.

  • Your issue was even handled by a separate team. We have already deleted all the your data. For now, your data is no longer on our service.

    I hope this is not an attempt to claim you don't have any chat Logs or any records of previous conversations with me, because I have already taken Screenshots from the Server logs and from the emails exchanged between you and me. 

    Kindly note that, whenever a Player breaches the Terms of Service/General conditions of a casino, the casino Voids his winnings and takes away all the money that was in the player's account. 

    When the casino breaches the Players Responsible gaming Rights, and breaches their own Terms of service for their personal gain, while disregarding the players mental and financial well-being, it's not acceptable to just say " Your account is now blocked, we are sorry, and there is nothing else we can do for you" . It's only Fair and acceptable to refund whatever you mishandled and were in the wrong. 

    Not only did your support team refuse to provide a complaints email, only after I had already found it myself did they provide it, if BetAndYou says they did everything according to the framework of legal activities, why did you refuse to investigate my complaint or even adress it? Not only did I provide almost all evidence I had collected, I also asked what more evidence did you need to investigate my issue further. And even after all of this, you Kept copy and pasting the same message, saying my complaint was denied for insufficient evidence.

    It took more than 3 weeks, and me coming to at least 2 different casino forums, for you to finally adress my complaint, Unfortunately you could only provide an unsatisfactory responde and no resolution. In my Post above, you can see the support and Complaints Team response, purely copy and pasted message over the course of several days.

    Since I believe BetandYou is not going to do adress my issue further, since they have said there is nothing else they can do, which is a poor excuse in my opinion, but it is what it is. I think its fair to assume that nothing else can be done here. 

     I believe I have a lot of evidence of the several wrongdoings done by betandyou, and I lost too much due to their negligence and misconduct, so I will pursue this wherever else I can, including but not limited to contacting their license provider.

    I will definitely not be using BetAndYou again, as I was left extremely dissatisfied with basically everything.

    Unfortunately, BetAndYou is not trustworthy. They have provided me with nothing but false and Untruthful information and they were never willing to solve my problem. During 3 months, they have provided me nothing but Untruthful statements, and every time I provide evidence that contradicts what they say, they provide a new Untruthful Statement. It's just impossible to deal with someone that never provides truthful information. 

    Every time I talked to them about my complaint they dismissed it and didn't look at any evidence. 

    Everytime I posted my complaint anywhere, their reply has been with lies and Untruthful affirmations. 

    I am sure you can understand that it's not possible to communicate with someone that is not willing to help you or even admit their mistake. The frustrating part is that, not only are they not willing to solve any complaints, they lie in order for the complaint to not go forward. Their complaints department email also does not answer any complaints, they just copy and paste the support team message. 

    Many players have been through this with BetandYou. If you check complaints online, it's always about the same problems and that BetandYou just doesn't want to solve anything. They do not have a proper way for the player to file a complaint and they dismiss every complaint without looking at it. If I didn't bring my complaint online, I would still be in the dark and ignored by BetAndYou.

  • My problem was mainly due to 2 things:

    Responsible gaming measures and void bets.

    I requested responsible gaming measures several times to my account, requested limits on my deposits. Their answer was always that it wasn't possible to Limit deposits and that I should contact support to restrict my account. I did everything support told me to do, and they just ignored my emails. When I complained, they said they offered me the measures but I declined them. Obviously, this is Untruthful. After proving they never said such thing, they claimed I never emailed them, which is just insane, as I had already provided screenshots of the emails exchanged between BetandYou and myself. They then blocked my account, a few weeks after me posting my complaint online and changed their story to, not being able to help me anymore and having erased all my data and information. It's clear they did this, to avoid any repercussion, because no Casino erases the whole player data while they are complaining about a problem.

    Void bets. I had several casino Games end in error, where I lost my stake due to the error. I took screenshot and reported the error to the support team and was promised a refund, because they acknowledged the error, and i had proof. I was told it would be processed in 48H. 10 days later and no refund, I inquired about the status, and was told there would be no refund for any void bet. Support team showed an unwillingness to help me further, and even despite me showing I was promised a refund, they kept claiming no refund was due and there was no error.

    I was basically scammed by BetAndYou in many ways. BetandYou has never been honest with me, has NO transparency, NO fairness and NO responsible gaming. Before coming to online forums, i tried to communicate with them, about the issues, and they refused to look into anything. I am more than willing to provide any evidence to support any claim, and would sincerely appreciate a comment about this matter either from BetAndYou and/or LCB. I have been extremely cooperative with BetAndYou and I have always been met with ignorance and a lack of respect by providing several Untruthful affirmations to avoid addressing the complaint in a serious and professional manner.

  • Dear BetAndYou, 

    The Licensee is going out of business in less than 3 weeks, and they did not uphold any of the criteria for complaints. You provided 0 evidence, provided 0 requested documents, answered the emails with Untruthful statements, never sent me any of the emails as requested by the provider and you were still allowed to continue. Everyone knows that Curaçao Licensees are passive and they don't really care about complaints, this is further exacerbated by the fact that your License provider is shutting down in 3 weeks.

    I have already adressed your statement, and I will adress it again. You have not done anything to solve my issue. If you seriously want to solve my issue, you should have reviewed my evidence and offer a solution. I have received no refund from the Void bets that you said you would refund. I have received no refund from the Responsible gaming measures that were not applied when requested. I have not received any of the information I have requested. 

    I am starting to see no other option than to take this further with the help of the Organization for victims of online gambling, SBGOK and send a Complaint to the Central Bank of Curaçao. BetAndYou clearly scammed me multiple times, promised refunds as they acknowledged the errors, just to go back on their word, and showed no effort or good will to solve anything.

  • Just to reiterate my point,

    In the complaint with the provider, you provided 2 untruthful emails, and in the other website that I am currently filling my complaint, they asked you why did you said such thing, when i sent them the evidence that contradicted what you said.

    This is the same License provider that Lost a court case due to fraudulent activities. " It was brought to the attention of Cyberluck, the company that had issued the license to 1xBet.( And BetAndYou). At the end of June, Cyberluck considered the complaint and issued a ruling on August 1. Cyberluck decreed that the case had been adequately handled by 1xBet and therefore ruled against the man.

    Cyberluck's procedure can be compromised. For example, there was no rebuttal.

    Cyberluck is cooperating in targeting players in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited. In addition, SBGOK takes action against what it considers to be misleading and unsound complaint procedures of Cyberluck."

    While the Provider is biased, and acts with BetAndYou, they ignored my complaint, while the other place actually investigated and saw every evidence I provided and successfully noticed that you were providing Untruthful statements. I have cooperated with you In trying to resolve my complaint, but you just dismissed it and provided untruthful and extremely prejudicial information, that the provider just didn't care but the other ADR department noticed and requested an explanation, which you failed to give, because the information you had previously provided was Untruthful.

  • Below follows proof of the fraud that was the complaint, and the cooperation of fradulent activies by the provider and the Lies from BetAndYou.

    It's ironic that someone that says " We always strive to provide our customers with truthful and accurate information." Was found lying when someone actually looked at the evidence. 

    I only want a fair resolution to my problem, but up to this point, BetAndYou has been uncooperative and provided untruthful statements. If BetAndyou can resolve my complaint, I will drop the matter as soon as it is resolved, until then, I can't, as BetAndYou scammed me, and keeps providing False information and no willingness to resolve this on going dispute. What's even worse, is that you provide lies and claim that you did everything, when you know it is not true. This is not a behavior that a good and trustworthy casino would have. How many players are suffering and being targets of this type of Behavior? You just provide lies when players have actual problems and file complaints, and you avoid solving any complaint.

    I don't agree with them, as I believe it is a lame and unfortunate excuse to avoid addressing the real issue, but I understand. Safe to say I will not be using BetAndYou ever again and I encourage everyone to not use it as well because they will not resolve any problem the player might encounter and Will try their hardest to steal your money.

  • Vladimir experience with Betandyou wasn't good. 

    Vladimir uses only Sportsbook, Vladimir faced 7 void bets in a total of 93 total Bets. 3 Bets were refunded and changed to 1x payout. 4 Bets were not refunded. Vladimir inquired Customer support through email, consequently Vladimir was ignored. Vladimir is not happy with BetandYou, and Vladimir does not recommend BetandYou due to Malpratices against Vladimir and against other users.

    Vladimir wishes luck to other players and cautions them against Malpractices from BetandYou.

  • Vladimir is not AI. Vladimir is a real person. Vladimir opinion of Betandyou is negative. Vladimir play only Sportsbook and Betandyou change 3 SportsBet to 1x payout and 4 Sportsbet to 0x Payout. This is Malpractice against Vladimir. 7 Sportsbet change payout for no reason. Vladimir Inquired Customer support, consequently Vladimir was ignored.

    Vladimir congratulates you on your Victories, but Vladimir says Betandyou does malpractice against Vladimir and players.

    Please be very careful when using BetAndYou. The Consumers Rights Foundation in Curaçao (Fundashon pa Konsumido) and the license Master in Curaçao, are investigating BetAndYou due to several complaints received about, Misconduct, missing Funds, anti-fair play measures and fraud. 

    The Curaçao Gaming control board is aware of the situation and is investigating.

    Unlike their claims, the Provider is not on their side. Not only have i been ignored, the FpK and a Lawyer in Curaçao have been mistreated by BetandYou. As I have showed above, FpK is actively engaging with the GCB against BetandYou due to the many complaints received about the same issues. My complaint was closed as "Unresolved" since you did not want to solve it. 

    Please do not spam multiple forums with Untruthful information.

  • Me and friends urge this casino to reevaluate their practices and payout legitimate winnings and honour bonuses Conditions. It doesn't say anywhere that bonuses are capped at deposit amount. I win over 10K€ and I am left with 260€ because it says " Can't win more than initial bonus " . SCAM
